【摘要】：正什么是"債券通""債券通"的概念最早在2016年1月港交所公布的《戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃2016~2018》被首次提出,債券通被列入探索構(gòu)建的工作規(guī)劃。同年11月,香港金融發(fā)展局發(fā)布了一份《有關(guān)內(nèi)地與香港債券市場交易互聯(lián)互通機(jī)制"債券通"的建議》,從可行性、實施方案等方面全面闡述了債券通的理念和機(jī)制。2017年3月15日,李克強(qiáng)總理在人大會議閉幕后的答記者問上公開表示,準(zhǔn)備2017年首次在香港和境內(nèi)試行"債券通",允
