【摘要】：資本市場(chǎng)通過(guò)市場(chǎng)化的資源配置機(jī)制更有利于發(fā)掘新興產(chǎn)業(yè),也為淘汰落后產(chǎn)能提供了平臺(tái)。發(fā)展資本市場(chǎng)對(duì)中國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型具有重要意義。中國(guó)目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型與美國(guó)、德國(guó)有根本性不同,但仍有相若之處。文章研究了兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型與資本市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系,并總結(jié)出值得中國(guó)借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Through the market-oriented resource allocation mechanism, the capital market is more conducive to exploring emerging industries and provides a platform for eliminating backward production capacity. The development of capital markets is of great significance to China's macroeconomic transformation. The paper studies the relationship between the economic transformation and the capital market of the two countries, and sums up the experience that China can learn from it.
