興業(yè)銀行貸后管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行在其經(jīng)營過程中一定會產(chǎn)生較多風(fēng)險,其中信貸是商業(yè)銀行的主要收入來源之一,而信貸管理中,貸后管理是最復(fù)雜的部分。隨著目前金融市場對銀行業(yè)內(nèi)部管理方面的要求越來越高,興業(yè)銀行作為商業(yè)銀行之一,應(yīng)當(dāng)著重對貸后管理如何完善的問題做進(jìn)一步思考。本文以興業(yè)銀行的貸后管理分析入手,分析興業(yè)銀行貸后管理現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而剖析其主要存在的問題,主要包括以下幾個方面問題:貸后管理工作目標(biāo)不明晰;貸后管理制度不完善;貸后管理考核機(jī)制不科學(xué)、完善;貸后管理人才匱乏。。在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行貸后管理經(jīng)驗借鑒。最后,提出興業(yè)銀行貸后管理優(yōu)化措施。興業(yè)銀行要建立風(fēng)險管理提前介入機(jī)制,有效加強信貸風(fēng)險管理,本文認(rèn)為要從以下幾個方面著手:制定良好的信貸介入機(jī)制;建立信貸風(fēng)險管理預(yù)防和約束機(jī)制;對信貸客戶進(jìn)行分類管理;建立貸后風(fēng)險預(yù)警機(jī)制。要在以下幾個方面做好信貸風(fēng)險干預(yù)預(yù)防:在行業(yè)內(nèi)營造良好的信貸風(fēng)險管理氛圍、優(yōu)化信貸業(yè)務(wù)管理流程和架構(gòu)、加強信貸人才隊伍建設(shè)、加強風(fēng)險預(yù)警信息系統(tǒng)管理、重視貸后管理效果評價。
[Abstract]:Commercial banks will certainly produce more risks in the course of their operation, in which credit is one of the main sources of income of commercial banks, while in credit management. Post-loan management is the most complex part. With the increasing demands of the financial market on the internal management of the banking industry, SocGen Bank is one of the commercial banks. We should focus on how to improve the post-loan management. This paper starts with the post-loan management analysis of Industrial Bank, analyzes the current situation of the post-loan management of Industrial Bank, and then analyzes its main problems. It mainly includes the following aspects: the objectives of post-loan management are not clear; The management system after loan is not perfect; The examination mechanism of management after loan is not scientific and perfect; On this basis, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign commercial banks after loan management experience. Finally, put forward the post-loan management optimization measures of Societe Generale Bank. Societe Generale Bank should establish risk management intervention mechanism in advance. In order to effectively strengthen credit risk management, this paper thinks that we should start from the following aspects: to establish a good credit intervention mechanism; Establish credit risk management prevention and restraint mechanism; To manage the credit customers into different categories; To establish a post-loan risk warning mechanism. In the following aspects to do a good job in the prevention of credit risk intervention: in the industry to create a good climate of credit risk management, optimize the credit business management process and structure. Strengthen the construction of credit talent team, strengthen the management of risk early warning information system, attach importance to the evaluation of the effect of post-loan management.
