沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:隨著人們生活水平的提高、消費(fèi)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變和需求層次的提升,更是對(duì)自身生命安全的游泳教學(xué)質(zhì)量問題越來越關(guān)注。游泳是大眾最熱愛的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一,也是一種有利于身心健康的運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)療手段,更是一項(xiàng)在危險(xiǎn)來臨時(shí)重要的生存技能。在高校的體育教學(xué)中,游泳是在所有體育項(xiàng)目中形勢(shì)最不樂觀的運(yùn)動(dòng),困難較多并且最滯后的一項(xiàng)課程。雖然現(xiàn)在很多學(xué)生關(guān)注游泳而且非常喜歡游泳,但是卻不會(huì)游泳,如果要想改變此類狀況,那就必須要放棄傳統(tǒng)的游泳教學(xué)觀念,改善當(dāng)前游泳教學(xué)的指導(dǎo)思想,明確游泳教學(xué)的目的,提高教學(xué)的管理質(zhì)量,幫助學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)游泳理論并充分掌握游泳技術(shù)的教學(xué)方法。選擇最適合游泳教學(xué)的模式,放棄主要為競(jìng)技游泳的教學(xué)理念,推出能減短教學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)、遵循認(rèn)知規(guī)律并能讓學(xué)生受益終身的內(nèi)容,從而帶動(dòng)學(xué)生參與的積極性和主動(dòng)性,提高游泳教學(xué)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目是沈陽(yáng)綠城地產(chǎn)對(duì)綠城全運(yùn)村業(yè)主的兒童進(jìn)行的為期42天的免費(fèi)游泳教學(xué)培訓(xùn),希望學(xué)員在培訓(xùn)過程中能夠有所收獲,希望業(yè)主能夠?qū)G城全運(yùn)村物業(yè)的服務(wù)感到滿意。綠城物業(yè)聯(lián)合喜來登,金海豚游泳培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)共同進(jìn)行了綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目。本文以沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理為研究?jī)?nèi)容,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、案例分析法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法對(duì)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析,使研究具體化,并得到的結(jié)論如下:第一,沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目建立了初步的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理體系,但是管理體系較為簡(jiǎn)單,缺乏質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督管理的具體制度,造成在管理上有些漏洞;第二,沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目初步建立了質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系,但是評(píng)價(jià)體系較為籠統(tǒng),較為單一,在操作中并不能全面反應(yīng)學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)情況;第三,沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目缺乏協(xié)調(diào)溝通機(jī)制,對(duì)于突發(fā)事件的處理上反映不夠迅速;第四,沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目對(duì)應(yīng)急措施重視不夠,應(yīng)急措施的宣傳與管理存在一定程度的失誤;針對(duì)結(jié)論分析提出幾點(diǎn)建議:第一,沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目應(yīng)該在原有的質(zhì)量管理監(jiān)督體系上進(jìn)行細(xì)化,將監(jiān)督管理體系落實(shí)在制度層面。第二,沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”應(yīng)該建立教學(xué)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量?jī)煞矫娴姆⻊?wù)體系,并且應(yīng)該細(xì)化服務(wù)體系的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第三,沈陽(yáng)綠城全運(yùn)村應(yīng)該改建立溝通機(jī)制,細(xì)化溝通流程,明確個(gè)人分工職責(zé)。第四,沈陽(yáng)綠城“海豚計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目中各領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)該重視應(yīng)急措施的宣傳與落實(shí)工作,應(yīng)該將應(yīng)急措施細(xì)化到每個(gè)工作者的日常工作中。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the change of consumption concept and the improvement of demand level, more and more attention has been paid to the safety of swimming teaching. Swimming is one of the most popular sports. It is also a kind of physical and mental health sports medical means, but also an important survival skills in the coming of danger. Swimming is the least optimistic sport in all sports events in the physical education of colleges and universities. One of the most difficult and lagging courses. Although many students are now focused on swimming and enjoy swimming very much, they can't swim if they want to change the situation. Therefore, we must give up the traditional swimming teaching concept, improve the guiding ideology of the current swimming teaching, clarify the purpose of swimming teaching, and improve the management quality of the teaching. To help students learn swimming theory and fully master the teaching methods of swimming technology, choose the most suitable model for swimming teaching, give up the teaching concept mainly for competitive swimming, and introduce the teaching hours can be reduced. Following the rules of cognition and enabling students to benefit from lifelong content, thereby driving students to participate in the enthusiasm and initiative. Improve the teaching quality of swimming. Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Project" is a 42-day free swimming teaching training program for the children of the owners of the Green City Village in Shenyang Green City Real Estate. Hope that the trainees in the process of training can gain some hope that the owners can be satisfied with the services of the Green City Village property. Green City property United Sheraton. This paper takes the Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" project teaching quality management as the research content, uses the literature method, the case analysis method. Interviews, mathematical statistics and other methods to analyze the Green City "Dolphin Project" project, make the study specific, and the conclusions are as follows: first. Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" project established a preliminary quality supervision and management system, but the management system is relatively simple, lack of quality supervision and management of the specific system, resulting in some loopholes in the management; Second, Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" project initially established a quality evaluation system, but the evaluation system is relatively general, relatively single, in the operation can not fully reflect the students' learning situation; Third, Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" lack of coordination and communication mechanism, the emergency response is not fast enough; In 4th, the "Dolphin Plan" of Shenyang Green City did not pay enough attention to emergency measures, and there were some mistakes in the propaganda and management of emergency measures. In view of the conclusion analysis put forward several suggestions: first, Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Project" project should be refined in the original quality management supervision system, the supervision and management system will be implemented in the system level. Second. Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" should establish two aspects of teaching quality and service quality service system, and should refine the evaluation criteria of the service system. Third, Shenyang Green City whole Village should change to establish a communication mechanism. Detailed communication process, clear personal division of responsibilities. 4th, Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" project leaders should attach importance to the emergency measures of publicity and implementation work. Emergency measures should be refined into the daily work of each worker.
