【摘要】：本論文在對績效管理體系理論進(jìn)行了深入的探討基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自身的工作經(jīng)歷,分析了ABC公司的人力資源現(xiàn)狀和績效管理中存在的諸多問題。經(jīng)過深入分析問題的成因,對建立和完善公司績效管理體系的有關(guān)問題進(jìn)行分析研究,提出公司績效管理方案的設(shè)計目的、原則、思路和流程,然后按照設(shè)計流程,借用關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)(KPI)等技術(shù)設(shè)計了一套基于公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的績效管理體系方案,幫助公司實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略落地。針對績效管理的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)分解、績效計劃與指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建、績效考核、績效反饋面談與績效結(jié)果應(yīng)用等各環(huán)節(jié)做出有針對性的、可行性的設(shè)計。在本文成稿時,ABC公司績效管理體系仍在部署階段,待日后的具體實(shí)施運(yùn)行來檢驗(yàn)其效果,對其進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。本研究力求通過對ABC公司績效管理體系方案的優(yōu)化設(shè)計,為提升ABC公司績效提供新的路徑,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)健發(fā)展,通過科學(xué)的績效管理也為機(jī)場員工了解自己的不足和自我發(fā)展提供了機(jī)會。對于國內(nèi)行業(yè)內(nèi)與ABC公司有類似背景的企業(yè),本次研究是一個很好的互相交流、學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會,在ABC機(jī)場集團(tuán)公司出現(xiàn)的問題,在行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)中也不是孤立,希望這種討論的繼續(xù)能夠?yàn)槲覈鴻C(jī)場業(yè)人力資源發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
