本論文研究了通過中巴經(jīng)濟走廊CPEC的中國貨物的運輸問題,特別是通過實際評估針對其中的運輸費用和運輸時間進行了研究。本研究的重點在于發(fā)現(xiàn)在與運輸成本和運輸成本相關(guān)的階段內(nèi),進口和價格是否會受到任何好的甚至是不利的影響,并找出與運輸成本和運輸時間的影響路徑,主要目的是找出CPEC對中國制造產(chǎn)品的進口和成本的影響。這項研究使用了各種來源的成本數(shù)據(jù),如航運企業(yè)和貨運代理數(shù)據(jù)等。數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查包括分類拆分、配送成本和行程周期等方面,并考察了企業(yè)對供應(yīng)鏈的功能、活動和流程的了解是用來提取成本信息。本文首先綜述了運輸費用在供應(yīng)鏈管理中的重要性和運輸時間在供應(yīng)鏈管理中的重要性。分析了巴基斯坦的地理、氣候、經(jīng)濟和政府政策等多個因素,并將這些因素合并成一個整體描述,描述它們?nèi)绾斡绊懗隹诔杀竞蜁r間周期。在分析貨物路徑時,CPEC項目的初始目標(biāo)也考慮在內(nèi),討論中還考慮了中國的貿(mào)易量和目前的航線過境時間。研究結(jié)果表明包括對德國、法國、沙特阿拉伯、阿曼和其他8個港口的供應(yīng)鏈效益中大大節(jié)省了成本和時間,同時CPEC在運輸時間和成本方面肯定會給供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)和臺灣等地區(qū)帶來巨大的利益。
