幾內(nèi)亞是一個大約有著12900000人口的國家,擁有者世界最大的鋁土礦、未開發(fā)的優(yōu)質(zhì)鐵礦石、金礦、鉆石等資源。同時也有著巨大的農(nóng)業(yè)潛力。金礦、鋁土礦以及鉆石是該國家主要產(chǎn)出。國際投資者們對于幾內(nèi)亞未開發(fā)資源產(chǎn)生的興趣將促進幾內(nèi)亞未來的發(fā)展雖然國家有著經(jīng)濟潛力,但國家目前仍然在通過發(fā)展公路、鐵路以及海運來艱難地發(fā)展實體經(jīng)濟,使國家不再缺少基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施;當(dāng)幾內(nèi)亞各城市之間甚至幾內(nèi)亞與各鄰國之間的貿(mào)易更加頻繁的時候,空運系統(tǒng)的恢復(fù)也使得幾內(nèi)亞對世界各地的投資者開放在2002年,幾內(nèi)亞國家航空公司因為以下原因而倒閉:1.低效的管理2.政府的干涉3.金融資源的缺乏4.競爭壓力大最近,幾內(nèi)亞政府試圖創(chuàng)立新的國家航空公司,但由于以下幾點原因而沒有成功:1.合作伙伴（AIR RWANDA）技術(shù)及金融經(jīng)驗不足2.國家資金調(diào)動率低以及金融伙伴成立并管理著公司資本3.沒有專業(yè)的項目可行性研究去評估它的利潤同時沒有業(yè)務(wù)啟動計劃為了有效地重建國家航空公司,在本文的最后,作者提出了幾點建議:1、大小合作伙伴之間應(yīng)該聯(lián)合起來2、需要使得小國家之間的管理變得融洽
