【摘要】：大力發(fā)展鐵路電子支付,對(duì)于保障鐵路客貨運(yùn)輸進(jìn)款安全,不斷滿(mǎn)足旅客、貨主多渠道、多方式的支付需求,提高鐵路服務(wù)質(zhì)量和經(jīng)營(yíng)效益具有重要意義。在闡述電子支付基本內(nèi)涵,以及鐵路電子支付系統(tǒng)基本架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)、系統(tǒng)作用的基礎(chǔ)上,從鐵路電子支付發(fā)展情況,電子支付改善旅客、貨主支付體驗(yàn),鐵路電子支付交易量等方面分析鐵路電子支付發(fā)展實(shí)踐,最后從大力拓展鐵路電子支付應(yīng)用、不斷優(yōu)化電子支付系統(tǒng)功能、全面提升系統(tǒng)交易處理能力、開(kāi)展電子支付系統(tǒng)安全性建設(shè)、不斷提高電子支付服務(wù)質(zhì)量等方面對(duì)鐵路電子支付發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行探析。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to develop railway electronic payment to ensure the safety of railway passenger and cargo transportation, to meet the multi-channel and multi-mode payment needs of passengers and shippers, and to improve the quality of railway service and management efficiency. On the basis of expounding the basic connotation of electronic payment, as well as the basic structure, system characteristics and system function of railway electronic payment system, this paper analyzes the development practice of railway electronic payment from the aspects of the development of railway electronic payment, the improvement of passenger, freight owner payment experience and railway electronic payment transaction volume, etc., finally, from the point of view of vigorously expanding the application of railway electronic payment and constantly optimizing the function of electronic payment system, This paper probes into the development direction of railway electronic payment from the aspects of comprehensively improving the transaction processing ability of the system, carrying out the security construction of the electronic payment system, and constantly improving the service quality of the electronic payment.
