【摘要】：適宜的機(jī)場(chǎng)數(shù)量規(guī)模是中國(guó)機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃的重要研究?jī)?nèi)容。傳統(tǒng)的定性方法難以滿足規(guī)劃的需求,而采用合理的定量測(cè)算方法求解中國(guó)機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)模對(duì)未來(lái)的規(guī)劃更具有參考意義。本文根據(jù)不同等級(jí)需求點(diǎn)的可達(dá)性要求,設(shè)置不同的機(jī)場(chǎng)服務(wù)半徑,并規(guī)定新建機(jī)場(chǎng)腹地人口規(guī)模,通過(guò)制定位置集合覆蓋模型(Location Set Covering Problem,LSCP)和最大覆蓋選址模型(Maximal Covering Location Problem,MCLP)的綜合修正模型,對(duì)中國(guó)機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)模進(jìn)行分層測(cè)算。結(jié)果表明,不同地、縣級(jí)需求組合下,在地面道路距離100 km范圍內(nèi)覆蓋中國(guó)95%總?cè)丝跁r(shí),中國(guó)機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)模以370~385個(gè)為宜。其中,中部、西部地區(qū)地級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng)與縣級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng)均需建設(shè);東北地區(qū)需要多新建地級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng),黑龍江省還需新建少量縣級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng);東部地區(qū)新建少量地級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng)以及適量縣級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng)。對(duì)于本文結(jié)果中出現(xiàn)的首層地級(jí)測(cè)算中地級(jí)市沒(méi)有布局機(jī)場(chǎng),但在第二層縣級(jí)測(cè)算時(shí)下屬縣卻布局機(jī)場(chǎng),以及同一地級(jí)市布局多個(gè)縣級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)象,認(rèn)為是合理的。測(cè)算結(jié)果對(duì)未來(lái)民航機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)劃具有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The appropriate number and scale of airports is an important research content of China's airport development strategy and medium-and long-term planning. The traditional qualitative method is difficult to meet the needs of planning, and the use of reasonable quantitative calculation method to solve the size of Chinese airport has more reference significance for the future planning. In this paper, according to the accessibility requirements of different levels of demand points, different airport service radii are set up, and the population size of the hinterland of newly built airports is defined. Through the comprehensive correction model of location set coverage model (Location Set Covering Problem,LSCP) and maximum coverage location model (Maximal Covering Location Problem,MCLP), the airport size in China is calculated. The results show that under the combination of demand at different places and counties, when 95% of the total population of China is covered within the distance of 100 km from the ground road, the size of the airport in China is 370 鈮，
