高速公路經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and the advent of the integration of global knowledge economy, management innovation has become the main means for enterprises to achieve sustainable development, reduce transaction costs, improve economic benefits, enhance market competitiveness and cultivate outstanding entrepreneurs, and is the eternal theme of enterprise development. To a great extent, the level of management innovation ability affects the strength and competitiveness of enterprises. Scientific evaluation and analysis of them is the premise and guarantee for enterprises to carry out management activities efficiently. As the infrastructure of national economic development, expressway plays an important role in regional development and the promotion of national economic strength as a whole. With the gradual improvement of the national highway network, the management innovation ability of its enterprises not only affects the development of the enterprise itself, but also affects the development of the national economy. Therefore, scientific and systematic research on the evaluation of management innovation ability of expressway management enterprises is of great significance to improve its management efficiency, give full play to the infrastructure attributes of expressway, and ensure the healthy and rapid development of the national economy. Based on the analysis of the concept of management innovation and the research of management innovation theory, this paper constructs the conceptual analysis framework of management innovation, which is the basis of management innovation, the content of management innovation, the effect of management innovation and the purpose of management innovation. Through the analysis of the specific management innovation content of expressway management enterprises, this paper summarizes the relevant influencing factors, and according to the analysis framework of the concept of management innovation, sums up the summarized influencing factors into four parts: enterprise innovation resources, innovation subject, information identification and innovation environment; Because the previous research on the evaluation of enterprise management innovation ability lacks enough attention to the constituent elements of management innovation, it only takes each constituent element as an integral part of the index system and neglects the difference and relationship between the elements. In view of this deficiency of the existing research, this paper combines the characteristics of expressway management enterprises, from the enterprise innovation resources, innovation main body. The evaluation index system of management innovation ability of expressway management enterprises is constructed in five aspects, such as information identification. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common evaluation methods, the combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the evaluation method of this paper, and the evaluation model of management innovation ability of expressway management enterprises is constructed by combining the evaluation index system and evaluation method. Finally, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the model, which is characterized by its ability to identify the relationship among the four basic elements of enterprise innovation resources, innovation subjects, information identification and innovation environment, as well as the degree of influence on innovation ability.
