【摘要】：正鐵路用地是保障鐵路運輸生產的重要基礎,也是鐵路經營的重要資產,是鐵路改革與發(fā)展的重要資本。2014年,中國鐵路總公司開始清產核資和資產評估等相關工作,重點對鐵路用地進行了評估和授權經營處置工作。據(jù)初步統(tǒng)計,共有18719宗、近36萬公頃鐵路用地擬被納入授權經營范圍,劃撥土地使用權評估總地價約為4966億元,授權經營土地使用權評估總地價約為7974億元。其中,成都鐵路局1479宗、24147公頃土地擬納入授權
[Abstract]:Positive railway land is not only an important basis for ensuring railway transportation and production, but also an important asset of railway management, and an important capital for railway reform and development. In 2014, China Railway Corporation began to clear assets, check capital, evaluate assets, and other related work. Emphasis has been placed on the evaluation and authorized management and disposal of railway land. According to preliminary statistics, there are 18719 cases, nearly 360000 hectares of railway land are to be included in the authorized business scope, the total land price of the allocation of land use rights assessment is about 496.6 billion yuan, and the total land price of authorized management land use rights assessment is about 797.4 billion yuan. Of these, 1479 cases and 24147 hectares of land of Chengdu Railway Bureau are to be included in the authorization.
