【摘要】：正按照黨中央、國務(wù)院的決策部署,鐵路部門將發(fā)展高速鐵路作為一項重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),在較短時間內(nèi),就使我國高鐵總體技術(shù)水平步入世界先進行列,成為了世界上高鐵發(fā)展速度最快、運營里程最長、在建規(guī)模最大的國家。一、我國高速鐵路發(fā)展歷程和取得的巨大成就發(fā)展高速鐵路、加快實現(xiàn)鐵路現(xiàn)代化,是幾代中國鐵路人的夢想和愿望。長期以來,圍繞發(fā)展高鐵,鐵路部門做了大量前期研究和論證工作。1992年,原鐵道部頒布《鐵路今后十年和"八五"科技發(fā)展綱要》,提出研究開發(fā)高速客運技術(shù)和建設(shè)時速200公里以上高速鐵路,并
[Abstract]:In accordance with the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the railway departments have taken the development of high-speed railways as an important strategic task, and in a relatively short period of time, the overall technical level of high-speed rail in China has entered the advanced ranks of the world. It has become the country with the fastest development speed, the longest operating mileage and the largest scale under construction in the world. First, the development process and great achievements of high-speed railway in China are the dreams and aspirations of several generations of Chinese railway people to develop high-speed railway and speed up the realization of railway modernization. For a long time, the railway department has done a lot of preliminary research and demonstration work around the development of high-speed rail. In 1992, the former Ministry of Railways promulgated the outline of Railway Science and Technology Development in the next Ten years and the eighth five-year Plan. This paper puts forward the research and development of high speed passenger transport technology and the construction of high speed railway above 200 km / h.
