深圳龍大高速公路有限公司經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:本世紀(jì)十幾年來隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,作為交通運(yùn)輸主力的高速公路建設(shè)也取得了輝煌的成績(jī)。這幾年的發(fā)展表明,高速公路的建設(shè)與發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)公路網(wǎng)整體技術(shù)水平的提升和交通運(yùn)輸結(jié)構(gòu)的完善起著至關(guān)重要的作用。然而,隨著我國(guó)高速公路事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展和新的視點(diǎn)的出現(xiàn),我國(guó)高速公路的發(fā)展也在面臨著新的問題。 文章以深圳龍大高速公路有限公司制定經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究的主要對(duì)象,共分五部分進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的論證和闡述。論文首先從介紹選題的背景、目的和意義入手,介紹了文章的主要內(nèi)容,采用的主要論證方法以及主要寫作思路和文章的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。接著,介紹了戰(zhàn)略管理的內(nèi)容以及戰(zhàn)略管理理論的發(fā)展,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的流程、戰(zhàn)略分析與戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的方法,并對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理國(guó)內(nèi)外研究理論和國(guó)內(nèi)高速公路公司戰(zhàn)略研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述。然后,介紹龍大公司的組織概況,列出了公司道路綜合技術(shù)指標(biāo)(MQI)變化趨勢(shì)以及當(dāng)前產(chǎn)品績(jī)效水平比較說明,通過查閱相關(guān)資料,詳細(xì)表述了公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施結(jié)果以及市場(chǎng)績(jī)效。再者,通過對(duì)龍大公司外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部資源與能力分析,通過與公司上下的溝通與協(xié)作,運(yùn)用PEST分析法以及波特的五因素模型分析了公司面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),找到了問題的癥結(jié)所在,用SWOT分析法對(duì)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行綜合分析,以找準(zhǔn)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向,確立公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)從而制定公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。接下來主要是針對(duì)第三章分析得到的公司面臨的主要內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和資源形勢(shì),從戰(zhàn)略策劃的制定過程到戰(zhàn)略信息收集分析的過程,最后到基于戰(zhàn)略挑戰(zhàn)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的選擇,進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的論述。最后,在以上研究基礎(chǔ)上,文章最后一部分系統(tǒng)指出了深圳龍大經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的步驟、措施以及評(píng)價(jià)等,對(duì)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施提供重要的參考。 本文以高速公路發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為選題,旨在結(jié)合本人多年從事高速公路管理的相關(guān)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),以研究生兩年多的理論學(xué)習(xí)為依托,對(duì)本公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略提出大膽設(shè)想和分析。特別提出能夠通過公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施,力求到2016年將公司發(fā)展成為品牌優(yōu)勢(shì)突出,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng),以高速公路運(yùn)營(yíng)為核心業(yè)務(wù)的國(guó)內(nèi)一流高速公路經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)。此外,本論文綜合運(yùn)用運(yùn)用多種戰(zhàn)略分析工具,如戰(zhàn)略管理、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理等相關(guān)理論知識(shí),希望在幫助企業(yè)解決目前面臨的主要問題完善公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的同時(shí)能夠給國(guó)內(nèi)其他同類企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施帶來一些新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy in the past decade or so, the highway construction, as the main force of transportation, has also made brilliant achievements. The development of expressway in recent years shows that the construction and development of expressway plays an important role in the improvement of the overall technical level of highway network and the improvement of transportation structure in China. However, with the continuous development of expressway in China and the emergence of new viewpoints, the development of expressway in China is also facing new problems. This paper takes the development strategy of Shenzhen Longda Expressway Co., Ltd as the main object of study, and systematically demonstrates and expounds it in five parts. First of all, the paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the selected topic, and introduces the main contents of the article, the main argumentation methods adopted, as well as the main writing ideas and the practical significance of the article. Then, it introduces the content of strategic management and the development of strategic management theory, the process of enterprise strategic management, the methods of strategic analysis and implementation. The research theory of enterprise strategic management at home and abroad and the present situation of domestic highway company strategy research are reviewed. Then, it introduces the organizational situation of Longda Company, lists the changing trend of the comprehensive technical index (MQI) of the company's road and the comparative explanation of the current product performance level, and through consulting the relevant information, The implementation results and market performance of the company's business development strategy are described in detail. In addition, through the analysis of the external environment, internal resources and capabilities of Longda Company, through the communication and cooperation with the company, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the company by using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-factor model. This paper finds out the crux of the problem, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment by SWOT analysis in order to find out the direction of strategic development, establish the strategic objectives of the company and formulate the management and development strategy of the company. Then it mainly aims at the main internal and external environment and resource situation that the company faces in the third chapter, from the formulation process of strategic planning to the process of strategic information collection and analysis, and finally to the choice of strategic objectives based on strategic challenges. Make a detailed discussion. Finally, on the basis of the above research, the last part of the article systematically points out the steps, measures and evaluation of the implementation of Shenzhen Longda business development strategy, which provides an important reference for the formulation and implementation of the company's business development strategy. This paper takes the expressway development strategy as the topic, aiming at combining with my relevant practical experience in highway management for many years, and relying on the theoretical study of graduate students for more than two years, this paper puts forward some bold ideas and analysis on the management strategy of the company. In particular, it is proposed that through the formulation and implementation of the company's development strategy, the company can be developed into a brand advantage by 2016, with a clear industrial structure and strong competitiveness. Highway operation as the core business of the domestic first-class highway management enterprises. In addition, this paper makes comprehensive use of a variety of strategic analysis tools, such as strategic management, enterprise strategic management and other related theoretical knowledge. It is hoped that while helping enterprises to solve the main problems they face at present, they can improve the development strategy of the company, and at the same time bring some new ideas to the formulation and implementation of the strategies of other similar enterprises in China.
