【摘要】：通過對上海軌道交通1號線2012年正點率的統(tǒng)計分析,將制約正點率的主要因素歸納為客觀、車輛設(shè)備、通號設(shè)備等原因。分別擬定了優(yōu)化客運組織、優(yōu)化乘務(wù)作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)及加強應(yīng)急處置能力等對策,并在2013年組織實施。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical analysis of the punctuality rate of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 in 2012, the main factors restricting the punctuality rate are summarized as objective, vehicle equipment, on-line equipment and so on. The countermeasures of optimizing passenger transport organization, optimizing crew operation and strengthening emergency disposal capacity were drawn up and implemented in 2013.
