天津市政道路與京滬高鐵聯(lián)絡(luò)線立交工程可行性研究
[Abstract]:Tianjin Municipal Road and Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway Link Interchange Project is an important part of infrastructure construction in our city, which has the characteristics of most engineering projects, such as large investment, long construction cycle, high investment risk and irreversibility of construction. Before the implementation of the project, the feasibility study of the interchange project is an important work in the process of project implementation. In this paper, the feasibility study of Tianjin municipal road and Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail junction project is taken as the research object, and the feasibility study of Tianjin municipal road and Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail link line is carried out from different aspects, such as technology, economy, environmental protection and so on. The full text is divided into eight parts: first, the background and significance of this topic are described in detail, and the development of feasibility research at home and abroad is briefly introduced. Second, the feasibility study theory is discussed from the aspects of concept, function, basis and research content. Third, according to the natural conditions and social and economic conditions of the project area, the necessity of engineering construction is systematically analyzed, and the feasibility analysis of market research is used to provide the basis for the determination of the project. Fourth, through the planning and layout of the project, construction scheme, energy saving scheme, as well as the environmental impact assessment of the research project, labor safety and so on, so as to demonstrate the feasibility of the project construction. Fifth, according to the principle of rational allocation of resources, from the point of view of the overall interests of the country, the national economic benefits and national economic costs will be analyzed in detail by using the evaluation parameters and methods. The sensitivity analysis of the project shows that the Guangxiao road construction project has certain anti-risk ability and has strong economic feasibility. The sixth is to analyze the social impact of the project from the aspects of social impact, adaptability, social risk and so on. Seventh, it focuses on the analysis of the potential main risk factors of the project, and puts forward some measures to deal with the corresponding risks. Eight: the feasibility study of the municipal road and the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway link line interchange project, draw a clear conclusion. In order to improve the investment economic benefit of the national construction project and avoid the mistake of the investment decision of the project, it is very important to do a good job in the preliminary feasibility study of the project construction. Starting with the basic theory of the project feasibility study, through the demonstration of the project, this paper analyzes the specific situation of the project as much as possible, scientifically estimates the economic feasibility and technical feasibility, and finds out the problems. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the feasibility of the project. In this paper, the theory and method of this project is of guiding significance for the construction of other municipal roads and interchange projects in our country.
