【摘要】：企業(yè)危機(jī)伴隨著企業(yè)的存在發(fā)展而存在,萊特納首先提出了危機(jī)管理,之后越來越多的企業(yè)也意識(shí)到企業(yè)危機(jī)的破壞性非常大,國內(nèi)外由于企業(yè)危機(jī)而導(dǎo)致企業(yè)走向破滅的例子也不勝枚舉。疏浚業(yè)具有其行業(yè)和專業(yè)特殊性,如何在疏浚企業(yè)中實(shí)施有效的危機(jī)管理,是一個(gè)十分值得關(guān)注的問題。 文章首先簡(jiǎn)單回顧了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)危機(jī)管理理論,介紹了危機(jī)管理的研究歷程和現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)企業(yè)危機(jī)和危機(jī)管理的定義進(jìn)行了規(guī)范,基于危機(jī)管理的相關(guān)理論研究構(gòu)建了企業(yè)危機(jī)管理的基本框架。其次,基于企業(yè)危機(jī)管理基本框架和疏浚業(yè)的特點(diǎn),作者提出了疏浚企業(yè)的危機(jī)管理程序和應(yīng)對(duì)措施。然后,文章對(duì)中交天航南方公司的業(yè)務(wù)范圍進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)介,歸納總結(jié)出其運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀中還存在起步晚、缺少項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)和無可借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)等問題,進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)、質(zhì)量、安全、財(cái)務(wù)、人才、戰(zhàn)略、信譽(yù)、環(huán)保等方面存在危機(jī),并分析原因。接著,以疏浚企業(yè)的危機(jī)管理程序?yàn)橐劳?作者選取戰(zhàn)略危機(jī)為說明實(shí)例,從危機(jī)管理組織體系、危機(jī)辨識(shí)、危機(jī)評(píng)估、危機(jī)管理、危機(jī)預(yù)警、危機(jī)管理監(jiān)督等角度全面提出了中交天航南方公司實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略危機(jī)管理的設(shè)計(jì)與控制方案。最后,將中交天航南方公司的危機(jī)管理方案運(yùn)用到項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作中,并提煉出一些中交天航南方公司危機(jī)管理方案的實(shí)施保障措施,這對(duì)我國疏浚企業(yè)建立健全一套完整的危機(jī)預(yù)防及處理系統(tǒng),合理有效的開展和實(shí)施企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性危機(jī)管理起到一定的借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The enterprise crisis exists with the existence and development of the enterprise. Leitner first put forward the crisis management, and then more and more enterprises also realize that the enterprise crisis is very destructive. At home and abroad because of the enterprise crisis and led to the collapse of enterprises examples are also innumerable. Dredging industry has its industry and professional particularity, how to implement effective crisis management in dredging enterprises is a very worthy of attention. Firstly, this paper briefly reviews the theory of enterprise crisis management at home and abroad, introduces the research course and present situation of crisis management, and standardizes the definition of enterprise crisis and crisis management. Based on the related theoretical research of crisis management, the basic framework of enterprise crisis management is constructed. Secondly, based on the basic framework of enterprise crisis management and the characteristics of dredging industry, the author puts forward the crisis management procedures and countermeasures of dredging enterprises. Then, the paper briefly introduces the business scope of Zhongjiao Tianhang Southern Company, sums up that there are still some problems in its operation situation, such as late start, lack of project post-evaluation and no reference experience, and then find that the company is operating, quality, safety, and so on. Financial, talent, strategy, reputation, environmental protection and other aspects of the crisis, and analysis of the reasons. Then, based on the crisis management procedure of dredging enterprises, the author selects the strategic crisis as an example, from the crisis management organization system, crisis identification, crisis assessment, crisis management, crisis early warning. From the point of view of crisis management supervision, this paper puts forward the design and control scheme of strategic crisis management in China Jiaotian Airlines Southern Company. Finally, the crisis management scheme of Zhongjiao Tianhang Southern Company is applied to the operation of the project, and some safeguard measures for the implementation of the crisis management plan of Zhongjiao Tianhang Southern Company are extracted. This plays a certain reference significance and reference value for dredging enterprises to establish and improve a complete system of crisis prevention and management, and to carry out and implement the strategic crisis management of enterprises reasonably and effectively.
