【摘要】：2008年1月國務(wù)院正式批準(zhǔn)《廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)駛?cè)爰铀侔l(fā)展的軌道,也為廣西北部灣港發(fā)展帶來前所未有的歷史機(jī)遇。在新的發(fā)展形勢下,廣西北部灣港比以往承載了更多的歷史重任,港口的綜合實(shí)力,會(huì)直接影響大西南地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,甚至影響與東盟各國之間合作的開展。港口物流是港口所在城市經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,作為地區(qū)區(qū)域綜合物流服務(wù)體系中的重要一環(huán),通過帶動(dòng)港口中心城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及與周邊城市群之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng),可以提升港口自身的綜合實(shí)力,增強(qiáng)港口所在地區(qū)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭力。 從國內(nèi)外發(fā)達(dá)港口的成長歷程來看,無不十分重視發(fā)展和完善港口物流信息化建設(shè)。通過利用現(xiàn)代信息化手段建立港口物流信息平臺(tái),提高港口物流服務(wù)水平,才能充分發(fā)揮港口的海陸運(yùn)輸中心樞紐的重要作用。目前廣西北部灣港的物流信息化建設(shè)有了一定的基礎(chǔ),但較發(fā)達(dá)港口還是存在很大差距。本文通過對廣西北部灣港港口物流信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、存在問題、發(fā)展需求的系統(tǒng)分析,借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)系統(tǒng)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過GPRS (General Packet Radio Service,通用分組無線技術(shù))、SSL (Secure Sockets Layer,安全套接層)、Web Services(基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的、分布式的模塊化組件)、SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture,面向服務(wù)的體系結(jié)構(gòu))、ESB(Enterprise Service Bus,企業(yè)服務(wù)總線)等通信、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、軟件開發(fā)技術(shù),構(gòu)建廣西北部灣港港口物流信息平臺(tái)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)框架方案,給出廣西北部灣港港口物流信息平臺(tái)的總體解決方案。
[Abstract]:In January 2008, the State Council formally approved the Development Plan of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone entered the track of accelerating development, and also brought unprecedented historical opportunities for the development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port. Under the new development situation, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port carries more historical responsibilities than ever before. The comprehensive strength of the port will directly affect the development of regional economy in the southwest region and even affect the cooperation with ASEAN countries. Port logistics is an important part of the economic system of the city where the port is located. As an important part of the regional integrated logistics service system, it promotes the economic development of the port center city and the economic interaction with the surrounding city group. It can enhance the comprehensive strength of the port itself and enhance the economic competitiveness of the city in which the port is located. From the growth process of developed ports at home and abroad, we attach great importance to the development and improvement of port logistics information construction. Through the establishment of port logistics information platform by means of modern information technology and the improvement of port logistics service level, the important role of port land and sea transportation hub can be brought into full play. At present, the logistics information construction of Beibu Bay Port in Guangxi has a certain foundation, but there is still a big gap between the more developed ports. This article through the Guangxi Beibu Gulf port logistics information system construction present situation, the existence question, the development demand systematic analysis, draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related system successful experience, through the GPRS (General Packet Radio Service, general packet wireless technology), SSL (Secure Sockets Layer, secure Sockets layer), Web Services (based on network, distributed modular components), SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture, Service oriented Architecture (), ESB (Enterprise Service Bus, Enterprise Services bus) and other communications, computer networks, etc. The system structure and technical framework of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Logistics Information platform are constructed by software development technology, and the overall solution of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Logistics Information platform is given.
