【摘要】：2016年是青藏鐵路通車10周年,適時(shí)回顧和評(píng)價(jià)青藏鐵路給西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和中央治理西藏帶來(lái)的影響極具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文通過(guò)對(duì)2006—2015年鐵路客貨運(yùn)輸數(shù)據(jù)的分析、進(jìn)出西藏交通的歷史回顧,以及與其他交通方式的比較,得出如下結(jié)論:第一,唐朝到民國(guó)的諸多歷史事件都表明,西藏對(duì)外交通干道建設(shè)水平直接影響到西藏本身的發(fā)展和中央對(duì)西藏的治理成效。第二,2006年鐵路開(kāi)通以來(lái),青藏鐵路效益顯著,改善了進(jìn)出西藏的時(shí)間距離、提升了進(jìn)出西藏的物質(zhì)規(guī)模等級(jí)、促進(jìn)了旅游發(fā)展和文化交流。第三,將來(lái)要在已有青藏鐵路的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步積極擴(kuò)展鐵路網(wǎng),構(gòu)建適合西藏特點(diǎn)的綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系,突出推進(jìn)鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的區(qū)內(nèi)延伸、內(nèi)地聯(lián)通和跨邊境鐵路的建設(shè)與論證。
[Abstract]:2016 marks the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. It is of great practical significance to review and evaluate the impact of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway on Tibet's economic and social development and the central governance of Tibet in a timely manner. Based on the analysis of railway passenger and freight transport data from 2006 to 2015, the historical review of the transportation to and from Tibet, and the comparison with other modes of transportation, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, many historical events from Tang Dynasty to the Republic of China show that, The construction level of Tibet's foreign traffic main road has a direct impact on Tibet's own development and the results of the central government's governance of Tibet. Second, since the opening of the railway in 2006, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway has achieved remarkable benefits, improved the time distance between Tibet and Tibet, upgraded the material scale in and out of Tibet, and promoted the development of tourism and cultural exchanges. Third, it is necessary to actively expand the railway network on the basis of the existing Qinghai-Tibet railway, build a comprehensive transportation system suitable for Tibet's characteristics, highlight the extension of the railway network within the region, and the construction and demonstration of mainland connectivity and cross-border railways.
