青島中遠(yuǎn)物流集裝箱掃描優(yōu)化模型研究
[Abstract]:Supply chain security management is a subject that scholars all over the world pay close attention to. After the September 11th incident, the United States first launched the Customs-Trade Anti-Terrorism Alliance. Eight areas of security management norms were established for nine different types of supply chain organizations, and the use of cargo tracking technology to enhance visibility and complete monitoring of supply chains was proposed. In 2012, 100% container scanning was performed in the United States. Fifty percent of the containers at U. S. ports come from mainland China, and corporate costs will increase significantly. Our country has established the global supply chain security certification organization and carried out the certification work. The effective combination of manufacturing enterprises, ports and logistics service providers, the installation of security inspection equipment in the global supply chain network nodes, avoid repeated investment, repeated inspection, and reduce the cost of the problem has become an urgent problem to be solved. The purpose of this paper is to establish a topology model of multi-level and complex global logistics supply chain network, which is composed of product manufacturer, port, logistics service provider and so on, and to analyze and design the security equipment settings of key nodes. The development model of macro-economy and micro-economy under the global supply chain seaborne cargo scanning inspection law is established, and the public policy of safety management is established, which takes into account the interests of all parties in the supply chain. Based on the enterprise development plan of Qingdao COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd and the practical experience of container allocation in the past few years, this paper applies the economic statistics method and the comprehensive evaluation theory method. To solve the key problems of enterprise development in the aspect of management informatization. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related research results at home and abroad, and analyzes in detail the key technologies involved in the port container intelligent dispatching system, including the architecture of the system and the relevant distribution principles. Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system are analyzed by referring to the distribution performance evaluation system used by the company for many years, and the improvement scheme suitable for COSCO logistics is put forward. In the practical application, the index system is screened with the combination of index cluster analysis method and Delphi method, and the evaluation index system is optimized. Next, on the basis of the analysis of the existing evaluation methods, this paper proposes a three-element integrated evaluation model based on AHP, grey evaluation theory and fuzzy evaluation to carry out comprehensive evaluation. Finally, through several years of operation data of Qingdao COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd, as a case of research conclusion, the correctness and practicability of the research conclusion are verified.
