K航空公司培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)培訓(xùn)應(yīng)該結(jié)合企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,建立與戰(zhàn)略匹配的培訓(xùn)體系,通過(guò)培訓(xùn)來(lái)培養(yǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展所需的關(guān)鍵人才隊(duì)伍,從而不斷提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。但是很多類(lèi)似K航空公司這樣的中小企業(yè),由于發(fā)展初期內(nèi)部資源有限,往往忽視培訓(xùn)體系的建設(shè),缺乏長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)性地培養(yǎng)和復(fù)制人才的能力,對(duì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略無(wú)法提供有效的人力資源支持。所以,無(wú)論企業(yè)規(guī)模大小,都應(yīng)該在初期就基于戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展需要建立一套行之有效的培訓(xùn)體系,以便獲得自身內(nèi)部的人才培養(yǎng)和供給能力,為未來(lái)的發(fā)展提供支持。 本文以K航空公司的培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了當(dāng)前企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展需求與企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)資源薄弱之間存在著不匹配的情況,培訓(xùn)體系的有效性不足以支撐企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此,筆者強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)該以戰(zhàn)略匹配為主線,從培訓(xùn)需求分析入手,基于發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略建立培訓(xùn)需求分析系統(tǒng),確保培訓(xùn)體系能夠?qū)ζ髽I(yè)發(fā)展提供有效支撐。隨后,有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與積累,從而支撐發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施。 本文在研究過(guò)程中結(jié)合培訓(xùn)遷移理論、成人培訓(xùn)理論,以及各項(xiàng)人力資源模型,對(duì)培訓(xùn)體系的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述,在理論參考與實(shí)際運(yùn)用的結(jié)合下,制定了一些初步培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)措施。筆者認(rèn)為K航空公司的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)應(yīng)該注重科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化的管理,注重培訓(xùn)的量化分析和有效性分析,以便在發(fā)展初期就使用科學(xué)規(guī)范的管理方式建立培訓(xùn)體系,提高培訓(xùn)管理的效率和有效性。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)K航空公司的培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與積累、培訓(xùn)管理措施等幾個(gè)主要方面的研究,基本闡述了K航空公司的培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)狀況和發(fā)展方向,希望能給K航空公司今后的培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The enterprise training should combine the enterprise development strategy, establish the training system matching with the strategy, train the key talents for the management and development through the training, so as to continuously improve the core competitive ability of the enterprise. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises such as K Airlines, because of the limited internal resources at the initial stage of development, often ignore the construction of training systems and lack the ability to train and replicate talents in a long-term and sustained manner. Effective human resources support cannot be provided to development strategies. Therefore, no matter the size of the enterprise, we should establish a set of effective training system based on the strategic development in the early stage, in order to obtain the ability of talent training and supply in order to provide support for the future development. This paper takes the training system construction of K Airlines as the research object, through the analysis of the present situation and problems of the training, finds that there is a mismatch between the rapid development demand of the current enterprise and the weakness of the human resources training resources of the enterprise. The effectiveness of training system is not enough to support the realization of enterprise development strategy. Therefore, the author emphasizes that the strategy matching should be the main line, starting from the training needs analysis, the training needs analysis system should be set up based on the development strategy to ensure that the training system can provide effective support to the development of enterprises. Subsequently, the development and accumulation of training resources should be targeted to support the effective implementation of the development strategy. In the course of the research, combining the training transfer theory, adult training theory and various human resource models, this paper expounds the main contents of the training system, and under the combination of theoretical reference and practical application, Some preliminary training system construction measures have been formulated. The author thinks that the construction of the enterprise training system of K Airlines should pay attention to scientific, standardized management, quantitative analysis and effectiveness analysis of training, in order to establish the training system in the early stage of development by using scientific and standardized management methods. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training management. Based on the analysis of the training needs of K Airlines, the development and accumulation of training resources, and the measures of training management, this paper expounds the construction status and development direction of the training system of K Airlines. I hope it can provide reference for the future training system construction of K Airlines.
