【摘要】：中國(guó)自加入WTO以后,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)越來(lái)越明顯,國(guó)際貿(mào)易的總量迅猛發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展推動(dòng)了港口物流的發(fā)展,特別是集裝箱航運(yùn)經(jīng)濟(jì),而集裝箱航運(yùn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展推動(dòng)了集裝箱碼頭的發(fā)展。但自2008年金融風(fēng)暴以后,國(guó)際貿(mào)易的增速放緩,經(jīng)濟(jì)放緩影響到航運(yùn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展速度,首當(dāng)其沖影響集裝箱航運(yùn)公司和集裝箱碼頭的增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭。集裝箱碼頭作為國(guó)際貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸供應(yīng)鏈中的重要的環(huán)節(jié),是國(guó)際貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸中的重要組成,對(duì)于國(guó)際貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸和港口物流至關(guān)重要。作為現(xiàn)代物流的重要組成部分,港口物流扮演著重要角色,研究港口物流,特別是集裝箱碼頭物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是重要課題。 本文以蛇口集裝箱碼頭有限公司為主要研究對(duì)象,分析了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)企業(yè)所在區(qū)域的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,及企業(yè)所處的內(nèi)外部化境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,并對(duì)公司內(nèi)部的業(yè)務(wù)狀況、財(cái)務(wù)狀況、信息系統(tǒng)、人力資源管理和企業(yè)文化方面進(jìn)行了深入剖析,總結(jié)了蛇口集裝箱碼頭外部所處的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)管理面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。文章通過(guò)運(yùn)用波特五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析、SWOT分析、大戰(zhàn)略矩陣分析等戰(zhàn)略分析模型等戰(zhàn)略分析工具進(jìn)行分析,為制定企業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了依據(jù)。 本文在進(jìn)行對(duì)企業(yè)的各項(xiàng)分析和理論工具分析后,提出了建立客戶首選的華南集裝箱碼頭港口物流中心的物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案和保障措施。企業(yè)應(yīng)采用一體化戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略、多式聯(lián)運(yùn)戰(zhàn)略。在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障上應(yīng)注重投資保障、管理保障、技術(shù)保障、服務(wù)保障上對(duì)戰(zhàn)略具體實(shí)施進(jìn)行保障,以保障企業(yè)物流戰(zhàn)略分步分階段實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, the trend of economic globalization has become more and more obvious. The total volume of international trade has developed rapidly. The development of economy has promoted the development of port logistics, especially the economy of container shipping. The development of container shipping economy has promoted the development of container terminal. However, since the 2008 financial turmoil, the growth rate of international trade has slowed down, and the economic slowdown has affected the speed of development of the shipping economy, and the growth momentum of container shipping companies and container terminals has been the first to bear the brunt of the slowdown. Container terminal, as an important link in the supply chain of international trade and transportation, is an important part of international trade and transportation. It is very important for international trade and transportation and port logistics. As an important part of modern logistics, port logistics plays an important role. It is an important topic to study the development strategy of port logistics, especially container terminal logistics. Taking Shekou Container Terminal Co., Ltd as the main research object, this paper analyzes the development trend of the world economy and regional economy, and analyzes the macro-economic environment and market environment of the region in which the enterprise is located. And the internal and external environment of the enterprise is analyzed in detail, and the internal business situation, financial situation, information system, human resource management and corporate culture are deeply analyzed. The opportunities and threats outside Shekou container terminal and the advantages and disadvantages of internal operation and management are summarized. In this paper, strategic analysis tools such as Porter's five forces competition analysis, SWOT analysis, big strategy matrix analysis and other strategic analysis models are used to analyze, which provides the basis for formulating the future development strategy of enterprises. Based on the analysis of various enterprises and theoretical tools, this paper puts forward the logistics development strategy of establishing the logistics center of South China Container Terminal which is the first choice for customers, and puts forward the concrete strategy implementation scheme and safeguard measures. Enterprises should adopt integration strategy, enterprise management strategy, multi-modal transport strategy. In order to guarantee the enterprise logistics strategy step by step, we should pay attention to investment guarantee, management guarantee, technology guarantee and service guarantee to ensure the implementation of the strategy in order to realize the logistics strategy step by step.
