道路運輸企業(yè)社會責任評價研究

【摘要】:長期以來“利潤最大化理論”在經濟發(fā)展中起著主導作用,然而現(xiàn)實生活中,伴隨著企業(yè)不斷盲目追求利潤和擴張的同時,出現(xiàn)的誠信缺失、環(huán)境污染、資源浪費、人權忽視和生態(tài)破壞,造成了不容忽視的巨大外部成本,嚴重阻礙了社會的進步與發(fā)展。尤其近年來,我國頻頻出現(xiàn)的產品質量安全問題、超載運輸等社會責任事故,對消費者權益造成了嚴重的損傷,破壞了社會誠信氛圍,企業(yè)社會責任問題逐漸進入公眾視野,成為社會熱點。 交通運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展對于社會進步和人民生活具有重要意義。道路運輸企業(yè)因其在國民經濟發(fā)展過程中特殊的地位與作用,必然肩負著重要的社會責任。即要求道路運輸企業(yè)在創(chuàng)造利潤、增加稅收、提供運輸服務的同時,需要關注各種利益相關者的權益,遵守商業(yè)道德、保證運輸安全、維護職工和消費者權益、兼顧資源與環(huán)境、捐助慈善公益等,承擔應有的社會責任。目前,我國學者在道路運輸企業(yè)的社會責任方面尚無全面、系統(tǒng)的研究。因此,本文對道路運輸企業(yè)的社會責任的內涵進行闡述,進而構建綜合評價體系,建立綜合評價模型,對道路運輸企業(yè)的社會責任履行情況進行研究。 本文對道路運輸企業(yè)的社會責任進行評價,主要分以下幾個步驟:首先,總結了企業(yè)社會責任的國內外相關文獻,結合運輸行業(yè)的特色闡述了道路運輸企業(yè)的社會責任的內涵。其次,設計了針對道路運輸企業(yè)的具有運輸行業(yè)特色的社會責任綜合評價體系。再次,對比幾種常用的評價方法后,選擇將德爾菲法、層次分析法、CRITIC法與灰色關聯(lián)分析法結合起來,從而建立了合適的綜合評價模型。最后,通過對五個道路運輸企業(yè)的實例分析,對其履行社會責任的情況進行評價,,得出企業(yè)社會責任實踐的排名,找出其履行社會責任的不足之處及改進的方向。
[Abstract]:For a long time, "profit maximization theory" plays a leading role in economic development. However, in real life, along with the blind pursuit of profit and expansion by enterprises, the lack of integrity, environmental pollution, and waste of resources appear at the same time. Human rights neglect and ecological destruction cause huge external costs that can not be ignored and seriously hinder the progress and development of society. Especially in recent years, the frequent problems of product quality and safety, overload transportation and other social responsibility accidents in China have caused serious damage to consumers' rights and interests, destroyed the atmosphere of social integrity, and corporate social responsibility has gradually entered the public field of view. It has become a hot spot in society. The development of transportation industry is of great significance to social progress and people's life. Road transportation enterprises must shoulder important social responsibility because of their special position and function in the process of national economic development. That is to say, while requiring road transport enterprises to create profits, increase taxes and provide transport services, they need to pay attention to the rights and interests of various stakeholders, abide by business ethics, ensure transport safety, and safeguard the rights and interests of workers and consumers. Consider resources and environment, donation charity and public welfare, assume due social responsibility. At present, there is no comprehensive and systematic research on the social responsibility of road transportation enterprises. Therefore, this paper expounds the connotation of social responsibility of road transport enterprises, and then constructs a comprehensive evaluation system, establishes a comprehensive evaluation model, and studies the performance of social responsibility of road transport enterprises. This paper evaluates the social responsibility of road transportation enterprises, which is divided into the following steps: firstly, it summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign literatures on corporate social responsibility, and expounds the connotation of the social responsibility of road transportation enterprises in combination with the characteristics of the transportation industry. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation system of social responsibility with the characteristics of transportation industry is designed for road transportation enterprises. Thirdly, after comparing several commonly used evaluation methods, a suitable comprehensive evaluation model is established by combining Delphi method, AHP method, CRITIC method and grey relational analysis method. Finally, through the analysis of five examples of road transportation enterprises, the paper evaluates the situation of fulfilling social responsibility, obtains the ranking of the practice of corporate social responsibility, and finds out the inadequacies and the direction of improvement of the practice of corporate social responsibility.
