【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流對(duì)加速經(jīng)濟(jì)循環(huán)、降低社會(huì)成本和提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力起到了極為重要的作用,我國當(dāng)前正處于全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化快速發(fā)展階段,沒有現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的支持就難以保證經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 SL物流公司是四川省政府為貫徹“建設(shè)西部物流中心”精神而改制重組的一家省屬國有企業(yè),近年來資產(chǎn)及業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模都實(shí)現(xiàn)快速增長(zhǎng)。受困于傳統(tǒng)倉儲(chǔ)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念及周邊鐵路專用線、北城改造等環(huán)境因素,SL物流公司五家分支機(jī)構(gòu)缺乏進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的能力。青白江鐵路散貨物流園作為成都市物流規(guī)劃的四園區(qū)之一,具備發(fā)展大宗散貨物流的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),SL物流公司希望借入駐該園區(qū)為契機(jī),轉(zhuǎn)移承接原有客戶資源,延伸拓展物流產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)鏈,真正做到業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。 文章首先以SWOT、PEST、五力分析模型等工具對(duì)新項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,針對(duì)擬重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的鋼材和紙品兩個(gè)業(yè)態(tài)的市場(chǎng)需求、經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀等方面進(jìn)行闡述,力求為項(xiàng)目投資決策提供客觀可靠依據(jù)。接著,確定新項(xiàng)目的定位、經(jīng)營(yíng)思路及投資策略,同時(shí)對(duì)新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃,構(gòu)建與之匹配的業(yè)務(wù)模式,并著重闡述了新項(xiàng)目應(yīng)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的五個(gè)方面措施。通過對(duì)新項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和財(cái)務(wù)效益的估算,包括土地基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、建筑成本、機(jī)械設(shè)備、工程費(fèi)用及營(yíng)業(yè)收入預(yù)測(cè),運(yùn)用投資回報(bào)率、投資利稅率、凈現(xiàn)值和內(nèi)部收益率等方法分析項(xiàng)目的可行性。最后,文章對(duì)該項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行初步分析,并針對(duì)發(fā)展中所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。 本文以SL物流公司青白江鐵路散貨項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、物流信息技術(shù)和投資經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等理論知識(shí),重點(diǎn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃方案、發(fā)展方向和財(cái)務(wù)效益進(jìn)行分析,得出了集倉儲(chǔ)、配送、加工、信息化、市場(chǎng)等于一體的新項(xiàng)目替代經(jīng)營(yíng)單一、信息技術(shù)缺乏、地理位置與城市發(fā)展沖突的二仙橋傳統(tǒng)物流市場(chǎng)這個(gè)項(xiàng)目是可行的,它的建設(shè)可以有效解決SL物流公司業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的問題,同時(shí)還可以降低行業(yè)物流成本,為區(qū)域鋼材、紙品等客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),從而促進(jìn)青白江區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics plays a very important role in accelerating economic circulation, reducing social costs and improving core competitiveness. At present, China is in the stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the rapid development of industrialization. Without the support of modern logistics industry, it is difficult to guarantee the sustainable and healthy development of economy. SL Logistics Company is a state-owned enterprise in Sichuan Province, which is restructured and reorganized in order to carry out the spirit of "building western logistics center". In recent years, its assets and business scale have achieved rapid growth. The five branches of SL logistics company lack the ability to further develop because of the environmental factors such as the traditional storage enterprise management idea and the surrounding railway special line and the transformation of the north city and so on. Qingbaijiang Railway bulk cargo Logistics Park, as one of the four parks of Chengdu's logistics planning, has the location advantage of developing bulk cargo logistics. SL Logistics Company hopes to take advantage of entering the park as an opportunity to transfer and undertake the original customer resources. Extend and expand the logistics industry service chain, truly achieve business transformation and upgrade. In this paper, the internal and external environment of the new project development is analyzed in detail by means of SWOT,PEST, five-force analysis model, and the market demand and management status of the steel and paper products which are intended to be mainly developed are expounded. Strive to provide objective and reliable basis for project investment decision-making. Then, the positioning of the new project, management thinking and investment strategy are determined. At the same time, the reasonable planning of the new project is carried out, and the corresponding business model is constructed, and the five measures which should focus on the development of the new project are emphatically expounded. Through the estimation of the economic and financial benefits of new projects, including land infrastructure, construction costs, machinery and equipment, engineering costs and operating income forecasts, the rate of return on investment and the investment interest rate, Net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR) to analyze the feasibility of the project. Finally, the paper makes a preliminary analysis of the social benefits of the project, and evaluates the risks faced by the project. In this paper, SL logistics company Qingbaijiang railway bulk cargo project as the research object, combined with strategic management, supply chain management, logistics information technology and investment economics and other theoretical knowledge, focusing on the project planning scheme, Based on the analysis of the development direction and financial benefits, it is concluded that the new project, which integrates warehousing, distribution, processing, informatization, market and so on, can be replaced by a single operation and lack of information technology. The project of the traditional logistics market of Erxianqiao, which is in conflict between geographical location and urban development, is feasible. Its construction can effectively solve the problem of business transformation and upgrading of SL logistics company, and at the same time, it can also reduce the logistics cost of the industry and make it a regional steel. Paper products and other customers to provide high-quality services, so as to promote the economy of Qingbai River area good and fast development.
