【摘要】：2015年10月10日,交通運(yùn)輸部對(duì)外發(fā)布《網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約出租汽車(chē)經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)管理暫行辦法(征求意見(jiàn)稿)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《辦法》),引起了社會(huì)各界廣泛關(guān)注和熱烈討論。為及時(shí)反映專(zhuān)家學(xué)者對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的思考與意見(jiàn),10月14日,信息社會(huì)50人論壇組織召開(kāi)"專(zhuān)車(chē)新政與共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展"研討會(huì),會(huì)議由信息社會(huì)50人論壇輪值主席、國(guó)家信息中心信息化研究部主任張新紅主持。與會(huì)嘉賓圍繞該征求意見(jiàn)稿引發(fā)爭(zhēng)議的深層次原因、有關(guān)規(guī)定對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)整體和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展可能造成的影響以及如何推動(dòng)中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約出租汽車(chē)等新興業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了交流。
[Abstract]:On October 10, 2015, the Ministry of Transport issued the interim measures for the Management of Network Reservation Taxi Operation and Service (draft) (hereinafter referred to as the "measures"), which attracted wide attention and heated discussion from all walks of life in the society. In order to reflect in a timely manner the reflection and views of experts and scholars on this issue, on 14 October, the 50-person Forum on the Information Society organized a seminar on "A New deal for chauffeured cars and shared Economic Development", which was chaired by the 50-member Forum on the Information Society. Zhang Xinhong, director of the Information Research Department of the National Information Center, presided over. The participants focused on the deep-seated causes of the controversy over the draft consultation. The related regulations have exchanged views on the possible impact of the economic and social development of China and the development of the industry, as well as on how to promote the development of new forms of business, such as the appointment of taxis on the Internet in China.
