天津航空有限責(zé)任公司人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)與提升策略研究
[Abstract]:In the era of global competition and knowledge economy, the sustainable growth and development of airlines depends fundamentally on their competitive advantages. Only airlines with competitive advantage can take the lead in the market and find the reason and value of their existence and development in the process of creating unique value for customers. And human resources are increasingly becoming the core competitiveness and competitive advantage of airlines an important supporting force. The purpose of this paper is to construct a competitive model of human resources matching with Tianjin Airlines in order to provide operational strategies and suggestions for the development and management of human resources in Tianjin Airlines. In this paper, SWOT analysis, questionnaire survey, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used in the research process. In the first two chapters, the research status of human resource competitiveness at home and abroad, the concept of human resource competitiveness and the current situation of human resource management in airlines are described. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Tianjin aviation human resource management. The fourth chapter uses the methods of theoretical research, questionnaire survey and expert interview to determine the evaluation index system of airline human resource competitiveness, and determine the weights of all levels of indicators. On the basis of the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter makes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the competitiveness of Tianjin aviation human resources, and further analyzes the problems existing in Tianjin aviation human resources management. Finally, the sixth chapter, according to the existing problems, puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the competitiveness of Tianjin aviation human resources. The concluding part briefly introduces the point of view to be clarified in this paper.
