【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展是我國城市化戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。伴隨城市化進(jìn)入加速期，城鎮(zhèn)自身性質(zhì)、規(guī)模發(fā)生變化以及居民交通需求呈現(xiàn)多樣化，這時(shí)現(xiàn)有的交通模式直接影響和制約了城鎮(zhèn)的交通運(yùn)輸以及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展，因此本文針對我國城鎮(zhèn)交通存在的問題，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)，通過理論模型和實(shí)例驗(yàn)證，對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)交通模式進(jìn)行研究，為區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)交通建設(shè)提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。 首先，本文對城市化進(jìn)行闡述和分析，重新闡明了城鎮(zhèn)含義，從不同的角度論述了城市化進(jìn)程中城鎮(zhèn)演變過程，從交通出行特征、交通需求、交通問題三個(gè)方面探討了城市化進(jìn)程中城鎮(zhèn)交通發(fā)展變化，，為城鎮(zhèn)交通模式研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。 其次，闡述了交通模式內(nèi)涵，明確了城鎮(zhèn)交通模式構(gòu)成體系，分析了城市化進(jìn)程中城鎮(zhèn)交通模式現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢，并從宏觀、微觀兩方面提煉出城鎮(zhèn)交通發(fā)展模式主要影響因素。 再次，基于上述理論的研究提出了城鎮(zhèn)交通模式總體研究目標(biāo)和思路，建立了不同交通方式對城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的綜合交通效益評價(jià)模型，運(yùn)用模糊層次分析法進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)，結(jié)合評價(jià)結(jié)果，以綜合交通效益最大化為目標(biāo)，建立城鎮(zhèn)交通模式的優(yōu)化模型，并對優(yōu)化模型的約束條件及相應(yīng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。 最后，以安徽全椒縣城鎮(zhèn)為例，運(yùn)用優(yōu)化模型得出促進(jìn)其發(fā)展的交通模式優(yōu)化結(jié)果，并針對性的提供對策和意見。
[Abstract]:Urban development is an important part of China's urbanization strategy. With the acceleration of urbanization, the nature and scale of the cities and towns have changed, and the transportation needs of residents have been diversified. At this time, the existing traffic modes directly affect and restrict the transportation and economic and social development of the cities and towns. Therefore, in view of the problems existing in urban traffic in China, combined with the domestic and foreign research experience, through the theoretical model and practical verification, this paper studies the urban traffic mode in economically developed areas, and provides scientific basis for the regional urban traffic construction. First of all, this paper expounds and analyzes urbanization, re-clarifies the meaning of cities and towns, discusses the evolution process of cities and towns in the process of urbanization from different angles, from the characteristics of traffic travel, traffic demand, The development and change of urban traffic in the process of urbanization are discussed in three aspects, which lays a foundation for the study of urban traffic pattern. Secondly, this paper expounds the connotation of traffic mode, clarifies the composition system of urban traffic mode, analyzes the present situation and development trend of urban traffic mode in the process of urbanization, and from the macroscopic point of view, Microcosmic two aspects extract the main influencing factors of the urban traffic development mode. Thirdly, based on the above-mentioned theories, the overall research objectives and ideas of urban traffic mode are put forward, and the comprehensive traffic benefit evaluation models of different traffic modes for urban development are established, and the comprehensive evaluation is carried out by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). Combined with the evaluation results, the optimization model of urban traffic mode is established with the aim of maximizing the comprehensive traffic benefit, and the constraint conditions and corresponding parameters of the optimization model are analyzed. Finally, taking the cities and towns of Quanjiao County in Anhui Province as an example, the optimization results of the traffic mode to promote its development are obtained by using the optimization model, and the countermeasures and suggestions are provided.
