客運(yùn)專線乘運(yùn)計(jì)劃調(diào)度模型與算法研究

【摘要】:隨著中國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,各個(gè)區(qū)域自間關(guān)系的拉近,交通的快速、便捷是必不可少。我國現(xiàn)在大力發(fā)展和完善高速鐵路,來應(yīng)對(duì)人們生活和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的需求?瓦\(yùn)專線只是高速鐵路中的一種,也是我國近期發(fā)展規(guī)劃中不可或缺的一部分。隨著鐵路建設(shè)的不斷擴(kuò)大,中國鐵道部同時(shí)也在積極推進(jìn)鐵路運(yùn)營管理方式改革,如乘務(wù)員實(shí)行輪乘制工作、機(jī)車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)制等。從上面情況看出,我國在全力發(fā)展客運(yùn)專線的同時(shí),對(duì)于怎樣提高高速鐵路綜合調(diào)度運(yùn)營管理水平已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)需要迫切解決的問題。高速鐵路綜合調(diào)度運(yùn)營管理主要涉及的問題有:怎樣合理的安排現(xiàn)有資源(如車輛、乘務(wù)工作人員及車站配屬資源等)、減少資金投資、提高高速鐵路運(yùn)行能力及乘務(wù)員管理模式等問題。而客運(yùn)專線乘務(wù)計(jì)劃就是解決如何合理的安排現(xiàn)有資源、減少資金投資、提高高速鐵路運(yùn)行能力等一些關(guān)于鐵路運(yùn)營管理的問題。 本論文首先根據(jù)我國客運(yùn)專線特點(diǎn)和實(shí)際環(huán)境,進(jìn)行適合我國的智能乘務(wù)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)知識(shí)庫和調(diào)度規(guī)則知識(shí)庫的設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合我國客運(yùn)專線運(yùn)營背景下乘務(wù)調(diào)度問題的特點(diǎn),參考國際上的乘務(wù)計(jì)劃研究現(xiàn)狀;其次,建立以所有乘務(wù)片段之問的總接續(xù)時(shí)間最少、運(yùn)營成本最少和乘務(wù)員工作時(shí)間均衡為主要目標(biāo)的乘務(wù)交路計(jì)劃和乘務(wù)值乘計(jì)劃優(yōu)化模型;最后,針對(duì)上述模型應(yīng)用改進(jìn)的蟻群算法、及其融合的算法等群智能算法來求解,為了提高求解方法的高效性,我們引入量子計(jì)算思想,利用量子疊加態(tài)、量子糾纏、量子測量和量子并行等特性增加算法的高效性、解的多樣性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),最終把基于該智能調(diào)度算法形成新的乘務(wù)交路計(jì)劃和乘務(wù)值乘計(jì)劃算法,達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算乘務(wù)交路和乘務(wù)值乘的能力需求。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將智能優(yōu)化技術(shù)應(yīng)用于客運(yùn)專線的編制中,從而使客運(yùn)專線乘務(wù)調(diào)度運(yùn)營管理實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化、系統(tǒng)化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in China, the relationship between regions is getting closer, the transportation is fast and convenient. China is now vigorously developing and perfecting high-speed railway to meet the needs of people's lives and socio-economic needs. Passenger dedicated line is only one kind of high-speed railway, and it is also an indispensable part of China's recent development planning. With the continuous expansion of railway construction, the Ministry of Railways in China is also actively promoting the reform of railway operation and management, such as the implementation of the passenger train system, locomotive operation mechanism and so on. From the above situation, it has become an urgent problem that how to improve the management level of integrated dispatching and operation of high-speed railway while developing passenger dedicated line in our country. The main problems involved in the operation and management of the integrated dispatching of high-speed railway are: how to arrange the existing resources reasonably (such as vehicles, crew and station allocation resources, etc.) and reduce the capital investment. Improve the operation ability of high-speed railway and the management mode of flight attendants and so on. The passenger service plan of passenger dedicated line is to solve some problems about railway operation and management, such as how to arrange the existing resources reasonably, reduce the capital investment, improve the operation ability of high-speed railway and so on. Firstly, according to the characteristics and actual environment of passenger dedicated line in China, this paper designs the knowledge base of intelligent passenger scheduling system and the knowledge base of dispatching rules, combining with the characteristics of passenger traffic scheduling problem under the operating background of Chinese passenger dedicated line. Referring to the current situation of the international passenger service plan research; Secondly, the optimization model of passenger traffic planning and passenger value multiplication plan is established, which takes the total succession time of all passenger traffic segments as the minimum, the minimum operating cost and the balance of flight attendants' working time as the main objectives. Finally, the improved ant colony algorithm and the fusion algorithm are applied to solve the above model. In order to improve the efficiency of the solution method, we introduce the idea of quantum computing, make use of quantum superposition states, quantum entanglement, and so on. The characteristics of quantum measurement and quantum parallelism increase the efficiency of the algorithm and the diversity of solutions. Finally, the intelligent scheduling algorithm is based on the intelligent scheduling algorithm to form a new multiplier traffic plan and multiplicative value multiplication algorithm. Achieve accurate calculation of passenger traffic and ride traffic value multiplication capability requirements. On this basis, the intelligent optimization technology is applied to the compilation of passenger dedicated line, so that the passenger dedicated line passenger scheduling and operation management can be automated and systematized.
