【摘要】：為了充分發(fā)揮長(zhǎng)江黃金水道優(yōu)勢(shì)，增強(qiáng)為中西部區(qū)域服務(wù)的綜合能力，更好地整合港口岸線資源，促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)要素向長(zhǎng)江沿岸聚集，2008年5月，湖北省委、省政府審時(shí)度勢(shì)，站在科學(xué)發(fā)展的高度，做出了建設(shè)“武漢新港”的重大戰(zhàn)略決策，為全面推進(jìn)武漢城市圈“兩型”社會(huì)建設(shè)，，促進(jìn)湖北省和以武漢城市圈為核心的中部地區(qū)崛起，決定將武漢和鄂州、黃岡、咸寧四市港口統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃建設(shè)，并確立了“億噸大港、千萬(wàn)標(biāo)箱”的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。 本文是在分析武漢新港的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境以及其港口物流系統(tǒng)的基本情況、經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的基礎(chǔ)上建立了武漢新港港口物流系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，通過(guò)層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重，利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對(duì)武漢新港的四大港區(qū)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),分析結(jié)果是為促進(jìn)各個(gè)港區(qū)的發(fā)展和提高武漢新港的整體發(fā)展水平提供依據(jù)。 全文共分為六個(gè)部分： 第一章是緒論，闡述了開(kāi)展本項(xiàng)研究的背景和意義，回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀，提出本文研究的技術(shù)路線，介紹研究?jī)?nèi)容及采取的研究方法。 第二章是相關(guān)理論與方法概述，介紹了物流的概念，論述了物流系統(tǒng)和港口物流系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵、要素、功能和主要特征，并介紹了常用的港口物流系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方法。 第三章是武漢新港港口物流系統(tǒng)分析，分析了武漢新港港口物流系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境、港口物流系統(tǒng)的基本情況、經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況以及港口物流系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成與功能定位。 第四章是對(duì)武漢新港港口物流系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建，基于評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建的原則和武漢新港港口物流系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，同時(shí)基于灰色系統(tǒng)理論，構(gòu)建了層次分析法與灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法相結(jié)合的綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。 第五章是武漢新港港口物流系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)，首先介紹了武漢新港的四大港區(qū)的基本概況，然后用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對(duì)四大港區(qū)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析，最后得出啟示。 第六章是結(jié)論與展望。本章在總結(jié)全文研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，并對(duì)今后的研究提出了方向。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the advantages of the golden waterway of the Yangtze River, enhance the comprehensive capacity to serve the central and western regions, better integrate port shoreline resources, and promote the accumulation of factors of production along the Yangtze River, in May 2008, the Hubei Provincial CPC Committee and the provincial government assessed the situation. Standing at the height of scientific development, a major strategic decision has been made to build "Wuhan Xingang". In order to comprehensively promote the construction of "two-type" society in Wuhan's urban circle, and to promote the rise of Hubei Province and the central region centered on Wuhan's urban circle, It is decided that Wuhan and Ezhou, Huanggang and Xianning ports will be planned and built in a unified way, and the development target of "100 million ton large port, 10 million TEUs" has been established. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Wuhan New Port and the basic situation of its port logistics system, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of Wuhan Xingang Port Logistics system, and determines the index weight by AHP. The grey relational analysis method is used to evaluate the four major port areas of Wuhan Xingang. The analysis results provide the basis for promoting the development of each port area and improving the overall development level of Wuhan Xingang. The paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which describes the background and significance of the research, reviews the domestic and foreign relevant research status, puts forward the technical route of this research, introduces the research contents and research methods. The second chapter is an overview of related theories and methods, introduces the concept of logistics, discusses the connotation, elements, functions and main characteristics of logistics system and port logistics system, and introduces the commonly used evaluation methods of port logistics system. The third chapter is the analysis of Wuhan port logistics system, including the internal and external environment of Wuhan port logistics system, the basic situation of port logistics system, the management situation, the constitution and function orientation of port logistics system. The fourth chapter is the construction of the evaluation system of Wuhan port logistics system. Based on the principle of evaluation index construction and the characteristics of Wuhan port logistics system, the evaluation index system is established, and at the same time based on the grey system theory. A comprehensive evaluation model based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey relational analysis (GRA) is constructed. The fifth chapter is the evaluation of Wuhan Xingang port logistics system. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of the four major port areas in Wuhan Xingang, then carries on the comprehensive evaluation to the four major port areas by using the grey relational analysis method, and analyzes the evaluation results, and finally draws some enlightenments. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. On the basis of summarizing the research results, this chapter puts forward the direction of the future research.
