我國(guó)雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車使用狀況分析研究

【摘要】:隨著治理超限超載運(yùn)輸工作的持續(xù)深入,以及高速公路計(jì)重收費(fèi)的全面推廣,雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車這一既滿足政策法規(guī)要求,又符合運(yùn)輸業(yè)戶需求的車型,適應(yīng)了市場(chǎng)發(fā)展,獲得了市場(chǎng)認(rèn)可,銷量連年激增,在高速公路上的應(yīng)用越來越多。 本文通過對(duì)2006年至2011年全國(guó)高速公路貨車運(yùn)輸量的調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì),得到了雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車在我國(guó)高速公路上的使用狀況。雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車在我國(guó)高速公路網(wǎng)交通流中的份額越來越大。通過對(duì)2005年至2011年我國(guó)各軸型貨車銷售情況的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得到了雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車市場(chǎng)的變化情況。通過對(duì)治理超限超載運(yùn)輸政策的跟蹤以及對(duì)計(jì)重收費(fèi)指導(dǎo)意見的理解,,探討了治理超限超載運(yùn)輸工作和高速公路計(jì)重收費(fèi)政策對(duì)我國(guó)雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車市場(chǎng)拓展的推動(dòng)機(jī)理。 雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車在使用過程中存在輪胎異常磨損、方向盤抖動(dòng)、輪胎擺振等問題。本文在介紹了雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及其轉(zhuǎn)向原理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)車輪各定位參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車輪胎異常磨損的特點(diǎn),討論了影響輪胎異常磨損的設(shè)計(jì)、制造因素以及使用因素,給出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。此外,本文探討了雙前橋轉(zhuǎn)向貨車轉(zhuǎn)向輪擺振問題及其產(chǎn)生機(jī)理,從結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面提出了解決方法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of the management of over-limited and overloaded transportation, and the overall promotion of weight-bearing tolls on expressways, the double-front axle turning to freight cars, which not only meets the requirements of policies and regulations, but also meets the needs of the transport industry, has adapted to the development of the market. Has won the market recognition, the sales volume surges year after year, the application on the highway is more and more. Based on the investigation and statistics of the freight car volume of national expressway from 2006 to 2011, the usage of the double-front axle steering truck on the highway in our country is obtained in this paper. The double-front-axle steering truck plays an increasingly important role in the traffic flow of the highway network in China. Through the statistical analysis of the sales situation of each axle truck in China from 2005 to 2011, the change of the double front axle steering truck market is obtained. Based on the follow-up of the overloading transportation policy and the understanding of the guiding opinions on the weight charge, this paper discusses the driving mechanism of the control of the overloading transportation work and the weight-weighing toll policy of the expressway to the expansion of the market of the double-front-axle steering truck in our country. There are some problems such as tire wear, steering wheel jitter, tire shimmy and so on in the operation of double front axle steering truck. Based on the introduction of the steering system structure and steering principle of the double front axle steering truck, the positioning parameters of the wheel are analyzed, and the characteristics of abnormal wear and tear of the tire of the double front axle steering truck are given. The design, manufacture and application factors of abnormal wear and tear of tire are discussed, and the corresponding improvement measures are given. In addition, the problem of steering wheel shimmy of double-axle steering truck and its generating mechanism are discussed in this paper, and the solution is put forward from two aspects of structure and design.
