【摘要】：民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性、先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè),也是推動經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性和創(chuàng)新性產(chǎn)業(yè)。2005年開始,我國民航運(yùn)輸周轉(zhuǎn)量已處于世界第二位,僅次于美國。盡管我國民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)取得了驕人的發(fā)展成就,但我國航空公司的整體競爭實(shí)力與歐美成熟的航空公司相比仍然較弱,其中一個重要的原因就是中國航空公司的運(yùn)營管理效率遠(yuǎn)不及歐美高。因此,為了在激烈的市場競爭中獲得并維持有利地位,實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,我國航空公司必須不斷提高自身的運(yùn)營管理水平。基于上述背景,本文選取航空公司運(yùn)營管理效率作為研究對象,以期通過本文的研究為提高我國航空公司運(yùn)營管理效率提供參考。首先,本文對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)航空公司運(yùn)營管理效率的研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理和總結(jié),并通過對中美兩國航空公司業(yè)運(yùn)營管理效率的測算和對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國公司在運(yùn)營管理中存在的不足。其次,本文結(jié)合航空公司生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營的特點(diǎn),對航空公司運(yùn)營管理效率的影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了航空公司運(yùn)營管理效率評價指標(biāo)體系,并根據(jù)指標(biāo)的特點(diǎn)選擇了科學(xué)恰當(dāng)?shù)木C合評價方法。再次,本文以東航、南航、國航三家國內(nèi)主要的航空公司為研究對象,運(yùn)用上述指標(biāo)體系和綜合評價方法對其運(yùn)營管理效率情況進(jìn)行了評價,驗(yàn)證了該指標(biāo)體系和評價方法的科學(xué)性和可行性。最后,本文結(jié)合航空公司運(yùn)營管理效率的影響因素和我國航空公司運(yùn)營管理中存在的不足,提出了有效提升我國航空公司運(yùn)營管理效率的策略。
[Abstract]:The civil aviation transportation industry is the foundation of the national economy development, the leading industry, and the strategic and innovative industry to promote the economic and social development. Since 2005, China's civil aviation transportation turnover has become the second largest in the world, only after the United States. Although China's civil aviation transport industry has made remarkable achievements in its development, the overall competitive strength of our airlines is still weaker than that of mature airlines in Europe and the United States. One important reason is that China Airlines is far less efficient than Europe and the United States. Therefore, in order to obtain and maintain a favorable position in the fierce market competition and achieve sustainable and healthy development, Chinese airlines must constantly improve their own level of operation and management. Based on the above background, this paper chooses the efficiency of airline operation and management as the research object, in order to provide a reference for improving the efficiency of operation and management of Chinese airlines through the research of this paper. First of all, this paper combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results on airline operation and management efficiency, and through the calculation and comparison of China and the United States airline industry operation management efficiency, Found that our company in the operation and management of the shortcomings. Secondly, combined with the characteristics of airline production and operation, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of airline operation and management efficiency, and constructs the evaluation index system of airline operation management efficiency on this basis. According to the characteristics of the index, a scientific and appropriate comprehensive evaluation method is selected. Thirdly, taking China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines and Air China Airlines as the research objects, this paper evaluates the operational management efficiency of China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines and Air China Airlines by using the above-mentioned index system and comprehensive evaluation method. It is proved that the index system and evaluation method are scientific and feasible. Finally, combined with the factors affecting the efficiency of airline operation and management and the shortcomings in the operation and management of China's airlines, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the efficiency of the operation and management of Chinese airlines.
