湖南省交通規(guī)劃勘察設(shè)計院國際市場拓展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:湖南省交通規(guī)劃勘察設(shè)計院(HNCDI)建院50年以來經(jīng)歷了創(chuàng)業(yè)、發(fā)展和騰飛的的歷程,成長為全國勘察設(shè)計企業(yè)綜合實力百強(qiáng),但同時也面臨著內(nèi)外環(huán)境雙重壓力,必須尋找國際化發(fā)展突破。HNCDI雖具有文化、品牌、技術(shù)、人才等諸多資源優(yōu)勢,但在拓展國際市場的道路上,還存在諸多問題需要解決,在深刻變化的外部環(huán)境下,體制、機(jī)制、文化、人才正制約著國際化的進(jìn)程,存在著擺脫傳統(tǒng)觀念束縛、國際項目運(yùn)作模式、國際化人才培養(yǎng)、政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系等的困惑。文章選擇HNCDI的國際市場拓展作為研究課題,通過研究,獲得關(guān)于勘察設(shè)計企業(yè)國際化發(fā)展的具體模式與一手資料,為HNCDI的國際市場拓展以及同類企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提供了新的思路。 文章通過結(jié)合MBA課堂相關(guān)理論知識與本人在HNCDI的國際項目承包工作經(jīng)驗,綜合應(yīng)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理及市場營銷相關(guān)理論,探尋勘察設(shè)計企業(yè)的國際化道路。首先,文章對HNCDI的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,從宏觀環(huán)境和經(jīng)營環(huán)境兩方面進(jìn)行分析,為后文的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展定位奠定基礎(chǔ);然后,文章進(jìn)一步對HNCDI內(nèi)部的經(jīng)營業(yè)績,經(jīng)營能力以及人力資源這三方面進(jìn)行SWOT分析,為后文的市場拓展戰(zhàn)略制定奠定基礎(chǔ);其次,文章從國際市場拓展戰(zhàn)略的總體規(guī)劃、戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)建、實施要點這三方面進(jìn)行相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略的規(guī)劃與實施;最后,文章從項目融資保障、組織機(jī)構(gòu)保障、人才保障以及文化保障等多方面構(gòu)建了HNCDI國際市場拓展的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In the 50 years since the establishment of (HNCDI) Institute of Transportation Planning and Design in Hunan Province, it has experienced the course of starting a business, developing and taking off. It has grown into a 100-strong reconnaissance and design enterprise in China, but at the same time it is also facing double pressures from inside and outside the environment. Although HNCDI has many resource advantages, such as culture, brand, technology, talent and so on, there are still many problems to be solved in the way of expanding the international market. Under the profoundly changing external environment, the system still needs to be solved. Mechanism, culture and talents are restricting the process of internationalization. There are some puzzles such as getting rid of traditional ideas, international project operation mode, cultivation of internationalized talents, political and economic relations, and so on. This paper chooses the international market expansion of HNCDI as the research subject, through the research, obtains the specific mode and first-hand information about the international development of survey and design enterprises. It provides a new train of thought for the international market expansion of HNCDI and the strategic development of similar enterprises. Based on the theoretical knowledge of MBA classroom and my experience in international project contracting in HNCDI, this paper comprehensively applies the theories of enterprise strategic management and marketing to explore the internationalization of survey and design enterprises. First of all, the article analyzes the strategic environment of HNCDI, from the macro environment and the management environment, which lays the foundation for the strategic development orientation. Then, the article further carries on the SWOT analysis to the HNCDI internal management performance, the management ability and the human resource, lays the foundation for the following market expansion strategy formulation; Secondly, the article from the international market expansion strategy of the overall planning, strategic construction, implementation of the main points of the three aspects of the relevant strategy planning and implementation; Finally, the article constructs the safeguard measures of HNCDI international market expansion from the project financing guarantee, the organization guarantee, the talent guarantee and the culture guarantee and so on.
