國(guó)航商委人力資源規(guī)劃與實(shí)施研究
[Abstract]:The competition in the 21st century is becoming more and more intense. For every enterprise, it is necessary to enhance its competitiveness to face the increasingly severe living environment. Human resources are the powerful driving force to enhance competitiveness, and a good combination of human resources is the core factor for each company to continue to develop. As the basis and starting point of human resource management, human resource planning prescribes the method, goal and direction of enterprise human resource management. The effect of perfect human resource planning on improving the efficiency of enterprise human resource management is obvious. After all, the competition in the 21 st century is the competition of talents. This paper focuses on the implementation of human resource planning of CAAC. The first chapter summarizes the research background, significance and foundation of the article, the second chapter introduces the connotation, process and method of human resource planning. The third chapter describes the business status of CACC, human resource planning environment and existing problems; The fourth chapter is the content of the human resource planning of CAAC. The paper uses Delphi method to predict the personnel of CAAC in sequence, and analyzes the changes of personnel in each sequence of CACC. Propose the change of the number of personnel in each sequence in the next year; The fifth chapter discusses the support measures of human resource planning, including personnel recruitment and training, management training, performance evaluation, and sound incentive mechanism. On this basis, the company's next efforts to do a summary of the direction. Finally, the research content of the article is summarized, and the next research prospect is put forward. Aiming at the demand of human resource management and planning of CAAC, this paper forecasts the demand of HR personnel by applying the theory and method of HRP, and makes a systematic planning of enterprise human resource. And put forward a strategic human resource planning solution. This provides a certain degree of reference value for the development and management of human resources in the enterprises of the same industry in our country, and also puts forward the reference significance in the work of human resource planning.
