遼寧省交通運(yùn)輸與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)及交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的進(jìn)步發(fā)展,交通運(yùn)輸已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為由公路、鐵路、水路、航空及管道等五種交通運(yùn)輸方式有機(jī)構(gòu)成的現(xiàn)代化綜合交通運(yùn)輸業(yè),交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),其保證了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的正常運(yùn)行,現(xiàn)代化綜合交通運(yùn)輸?shù)某霈F(xiàn)提高了交通運(yùn)輸?shù)膮^(qū)域跨度及運(yùn)輸效率,同時(shí)又降低了運(yùn)輸成本。改革開放以來的30多年里,遼寧省交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)得到了迅猛發(fā)展,由公路、鐵路、水運(yùn)、航空和城市軌道交通等交通運(yùn)輸方式聯(lián)合形成的現(xiàn)代化綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系為遼寧省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)大支撐。但在交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不斷增長的同時(shí),交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展并不樂觀,2015年全年遼寧省各種運(yùn)輸方式完成貨運(yùn)量202020萬噸,與去年同期相比下降9%,2015年全年各種運(yùn)輸方式完成客運(yùn)量75039萬人,下降21%。與此同時(shí),遼寧省的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也到了非常關(guān)鍵的時(shí)期,2015年是遼寧經(jīng)濟(jì)從中高速增長發(fā)展階段繼續(xù)下滑的一年,全年地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值同比增長0.15%,與全國相比居最末位。這是遼寧省GDP實(shí)際增速在2014年降至5.8%,在全國31個(gè)省市區(qū)中位居倒數(shù)第三的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)進(jìn)一步惡化的表現(xiàn)。本文首先從交通運(yùn)輸和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)理論概述入手,全面介紹了國內(nèi)外在交通運(yùn)輸和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究成果,全面介紹了遼寧省交通運(yùn)輸和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并采用綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法和適應(yīng)度分析法對(duì)交通運(yùn)輸和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)兩大系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了定量分析,依據(jù)分析結(jié)果指出了遼寧省交通運(yùn)輸對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。這對(duì)遼寧省及其他地區(qū)今后交通運(yùn)輸和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有很大的參考借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and transportation industry, transportation has developed into a modern integrated transportation industry, which is composed of five transportation modes: highway, railway, waterway, aviation and pipeline. Transportation has become the basic industry of national economic development, which ensures the normal operation of social and economic activities. The emergence of modern comprehensive transportation improves the regional span and transportation efficiency of transportation. At the same time, it reduces the cost of transportation. In the more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, the transportation industry in Liaoning Province has developed rapidly, from highway, railway and water transportation. The modern integrated transportation system, which is formed by aviation and urban rail transit, provides a strong support for the development of Liaoning's regional economy. However, while the transportation infrastructure continues to grow, the development of the transportation industry is not optimistic. In 2015, the volume of freight transported by various modes of transport in Liaoning Province was 2.0202 billion tons, down by 9% compared with the same period last year. The passenger volume of all modes of transport in 2015 was 750.39 million, down by 21. At the same time, the regional economic development of Liaoning Province has also reached a very critical period. 2015 is a year in which Liaoning's economy continues to decline at a stage of rapid economic growth, and the region's gross domestic product (GDP) in the whole year has increased by 0.15% PW from a year earlier. The comprehensive evaluation method and fitness analysis method are used to quantitatively analyze the two systems of transportation and regional economy. Based on the analysis results, the influence of transportation on regional economy in Liaoning Province is pointed out. It has great reference value for the future development of transportation and regional economy in Liaoning Province and other regions.
