【摘要】：隨著我國港口發(fā)展速度不斷加快,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不斷完善,港口之間逐漸從港口規(guī)模等級的競爭延伸到了腹地競爭。而內(nèi)陸無水港的發(fā)展將成為今后一個時期內(nèi)我國港口是否能夠取得競爭優(yōu)勢的重要標(biāo)志。因此,天津港為了加快發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步提高港口吞吐量和港口綜合競爭力,在新一輪的港口競爭中處于領(lǐng)先地位,已經(jīng)并將繼續(xù)大力發(fā)展其內(nèi)陸無水港建設(shè)。但是,在這個建設(shè)過程中,必須不斷克服諸多問題,使無水港為天津的發(fā)展發(fā)揮更大的作用。本文先以點帶面,對天津無水港發(fā)展的背景及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了天津港無水港建設(shè)過程中存在的問題,針對這些問題提出了一些對天津無水港建設(shè)的看法,得出了一些解決這些問題的策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of ports in China and the continuous improvement of infrastructure construction, the competition between ports gradually extends from the scale competition to the hinterland competition. The development of inland waterless port will be an important symbol of whether our port can gain competitive advantage in the future. Therefore, in order to speed up the development and further improve the port throughput and port comprehensive competitiveness, Tianjin Port is in the leading position in the new round of port competition. It has been and will continue to develop its inland waterless port construction. However, in this construction process, we must constantly overcome many problems and make the waterless port play a greater role in the development of Tianjin. In this paper, the background and present situation of the development of Tianjin's waterless port are expounded, and the problems existing in the construction of Tianjin's waterless port are analyzed. This paper puts forward some views on the construction of Tianjin waterless port, and puts forward some strategies to solve these problems.
