信息技術、供應鏈協(xié)調、供應鏈整合與港口競爭力的關系研究

【摘要】：隨著國際經濟與貿易的不斷增長,以及信息通訊技術的高速發(fā)展,全球經濟一體化進程正逐步深入。而中國已成為現代經濟活動中最活躍的區(qū)域之一,這一點,可以從中國港口的迅猛發(fā)展得到證明。港口是一個國家或區(qū)域對外貿易的紐帶,是全球物流的主要環(huán)節(jié)和經營基地,在全球供應鏈管理環(huán)節(jié)中有著舉足輕重的作用。但是,目前許多港口不僅暴露出惡性競爭和嚴重盲目重復建設等的問題,而且如何提升港口競爭力和進行體制改革也已成為制約港口發(fā)展的突出問題。其中,港口競爭力的提升與全球供應鏈管理的關系已經引起理論界和實踐部門的高度重視。目前港口之間的競爭正在逐漸演變?yōu)楦劭诠⿷溨g的競爭,因而應該將研究重點從港口本身轉向港口供應鏈,將研究視角從局部拓展至全球物流過程整體的研究。 當前結合供應鏈管理理論與港口競爭力理論的研究還存在著諸多問題： (1)供應鏈管理理論自20世紀末以來取得了巨大進展,但還存在港口供應鏈管理認識的不足,實際協(xié)調與整合等運營流程不完善,各個企業(yè)部門間信息技術應用不足等問題,而且各供應鏈管理因素對港口競爭力的影響一直沒有系統(tǒng)的研究成果。因此,在港口供應鏈框架的基礎上,探討港口供應鏈管理實施過程中的重要影響因素如何發(fā)揮作用并對其進行實證研究,是該理論發(fā)展的一個重要趨勢。 (2)港口競爭力的研究中,供應鏈管理逐漸被重視,但仍處于起步的階段。由于理論和研究工具的制約,當前供應鏈管理在港口領域的大部分研究還局限于理論演繹,而且這些演繹更多是把港口供應鏈管理作為整體概念,尚沒有很好地解釋港口供應鏈管理的自身含義,其結構、特征、層次以及對港口競爭力的提升有何影響尚不明確,還沒有進行深入的實證研究。 本文圍繞以上兩個主要問題,研究了各供應鏈管理要素對港口供應鏈的作用機制,并且論證了變量的中介作用和競爭優(yōu)勢的調節(jié)作用。 本論文的研究主要通過以下部分展開： (1)文獻綜述與理論發(fā)展。本文在供應鏈管理及現有研究框架的基礎上,分析了港口供應鏈的現狀、概念,深入研究港口供應鏈的形成理論,嘗試性地對已有供應鏈管理理論進行拓展；研究港口供應鏈管理對港口競爭力的影響機制。在對港口供應鏈管理、信息技術、供應鏈協(xié)調、供應鏈整合和港口競爭力的文獻進行回顧性梳理的基礎上,形成本文研究在供應鏈管理和港口競爭力的理論基石。 (2)實證研究。本文以中國201個港口有關的企業(yè)為樣本進行了數據收集,采用探索性因子分析、驗證性因子分析、相關分析以及結構方程模型等一系列實證研究方法,以及綜合運用SPSS17.0和AMOS 18.0等統(tǒng)計分析工具,詳細分析了港口供應鏈管理對港口競爭力的影響機制,研究成果對進一步拓展現有港口供應鏈管理理論的研究具有重要的理論和實踐意義。 本文得出以下主要結論： (1)信息技術、供應鏈協(xié)調、供應鏈整合對港口競爭力具有不同程度的影響。 本文研究了信息技術、供應鏈協(xié)調及供應鏈整合這三個港口供應鏈變量對港口競爭力的影響,結果表明：信息技術對供應鏈協(xié)調具有顯著影響；信息技術對供應鏈整合沒有顯著影響；信息技術對港口競爭力沒有顯著影響；供應鏈協(xié)調對供應鏈整合具有顯著影響；供應鏈協(xié)調對港口競爭力具有顯著影響；供應鏈整合對港口競爭力具有顯著影響。 (2)供應鏈協(xié)調和整合在信息技術對港口競爭力影響中發(fā)揮中介作用。 本研究對“供應鏈協(xié)調”、“供應鏈整合”及“供應鏈協(xié)調-供應鏈整合”的三個中介變量進行了驗證分析。其中支持了“供應鏈協(xié)調”和“供應鏈協(xié)調-供應鏈整合”的中介作用,不支持“供應鏈整合”的中介作用。港口企業(yè)使用供應鏈信息系統(tǒng)來形成成員問的協(xié)調,通過實現港口的內外部整合,提升港口競爭力。 (3)港口競爭優(yōu)勢在港口供應鏈管理對港口競爭力的影響中起調節(jié)作用。 在港口企業(yè)應用供應鏈管理理論的過程中,可以根據企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢來選擇合理的經營策略。本文引入了港口企業(yè)“成本優(yōu)勢”和“服務差異化優(yōu)勢”,結果表明兩個經營策略對港口競爭力均有調節(jié)作用,而且港口企業(yè)采用低成本優(yōu)勢策略可以提升港口競爭力,港口企業(yè)采用高服務差異化優(yōu)勢對供應鏈整合與港口競爭力產生影響。 縱觀全文,本研究強調的是供應鏈管理可以提升港口競爭力。圍繞這一問題,本研究在一定的程度上補充和擴展了對供應鏈管理和港口競爭力的理論研究,并且對于港口高層領導者如何成功進行供應鏈管理具有實踐意義。
