【摘要】：伴隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，物流業(yè)也有了一個大規(guī)模的快速增長，由于發(fā)展環(huán)境的不斷優(yōu)化，物流業(yè)逐漸從一個普通業(yè)成長為一個具有支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)性質(zhì)的經(jīng)濟類型。第三方物流業(yè)作為物流業(yè)的重要組成部分，也有了一定程度的發(fā)展，主要表現(xiàn)在量和質(zhì)上。但是另一方面也應該看到第三方物流業(yè)的發(fā)展仍然是停留在某一個層面上，而沒有質(zhì)的飛躍。主要原因是由于相對國外物流業(yè)的發(fā)展，我國的第三方物流業(yè)的發(fā)展比較滯后，整體物流的運營成本比較高，整體效益偏低。伴隨著競爭的進一步步的加劇，為使企業(yè)快速響應物流市場的需求，，為客戶提供一個滿意的業(yè)務服務，作為第三方物流企業(yè)來講，要根據(jù)大環(huán)境和本身的企業(yè)特點去進行變革，去進行各項業(yè)務流程的優(yōu)化。 本文通過對達通物流公司的業(yè)務流程現(xiàn)狀和問題進行詳細的分析，并依據(jù)物流業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化的方法和理論，在理論指導的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了針對具體出現(xiàn)問題的業(yè)務流程進行優(yōu)化和改善，主要是細化為三個區(qū)進行優(yōu)化，分別是：承運區(qū)運作區(qū)到達區(qū)。重視每一個流程細節(jié)的優(yōu)化，以實現(xiàn)達通物流公司的整體業(yè)務發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。針對現(xiàn)代物流公司的業(yè)務發(fā)展模式以及方法研究，將物流企業(yè)的業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化理論逐漸應用到達通物流公司的實際發(fā)展中，去幫助其尋找業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化的改革方案，來提高達通物流公司的最終核心的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the logistics industry also has a large-scale rapid growth, due to the continuous optimization of the development environment, the logistics industry has gradually grown from a common industry to a pillar industry. To optimize business processes. Through the detailed analysis of the current situation and problems of the business process of Datong Logistics Company, and according to the method and theory of logistics business process optimization, on the basis of theoretical guidance, This paper proposes to optimize and improve the business process for specific problems, which is mainly refined into three areas for optimization, namely: transportation area? Operational area? Area of arrival. Attach importance to the optimization of each process detail to achieve the overall business development strategy transformation of Datong Logistics Company. In view of the research of business development mode and method of modern logistics company, the business process optimization theory of logistics enterprise is gradually applied to the actual development of the logistics company, to help it to find the reform plan of business process optimization.
