【摘要】：伴隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，物流業(yè)也有了一個(gè)大規(guī)模的快速增長，由于發(fā)展環(huán)境的不斷優(yōu)化，物流業(yè)逐漸從一個(gè)普通業(yè)成長為一個(gè)具有支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)性質(zhì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)類型。第三方物流業(yè)作為物流業(yè)的重要組成部分，也有了一定程度的發(fā)展，主要表現(xiàn)在量和質(zhì)上。但是另一方面也應(yīng)該看到第三方物流業(yè)的發(fā)展仍然是停留在某一個(gè)層面上，而沒有質(zhì)的飛躍。主要原因是由于相對(duì)國外物流業(yè)的發(fā)展，我國的第三方物流業(yè)的發(fā)展比較滯后，整體物流的運(yùn)營成本比較高，整體效益偏低。伴隨著競爭的進(jìn)一步步的加劇，為使企業(yè)快速響應(yīng)物流市場的需求，，為客戶提供一個(gè)滿意的業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)，作為第三方物流企業(yè)來講，要根據(jù)大環(huán)境和本身的企業(yè)特點(diǎn)去進(jìn)行變革，去進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化。 本文通過對(duì)達(dá)通物流公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析，并依據(jù)物流業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的方法和理論，在理論指導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了針對(duì)具體出現(xiàn)問題的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和改善，主要是細(xì)化為三個(gè)區(qū)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，分別是：承運(yùn)區(qū)運(yùn)作區(qū)到達(dá)區(qū)。重視每一個(gè)流程細(xì)節(jié)的優(yōu)化，以實(shí)現(xiàn)達(dá)通物流公司的整體業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。針對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展模式以及方法研究，將物流企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化理論逐漸應(yīng)用到達(dá)通物流公司的實(shí)際發(fā)展中，去幫助其尋找業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的改革方案，來提高達(dá)通物流公司的最終核心的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the logistics industry also has a large-scale rapid growth, due to the continuous optimization of the development environment, the logistics industry has gradually grown from a common industry to a pillar industry. As an important part of the logistics industry, the third party logistics industry has also developed to a certain extent, mainly in quantity and quality. But on the other hand, we should also see that the development of third party logistics industry is still at a certain level, and there is no qualitative leap. The main reason is that compared with the development of foreign logistics industry, the third party logistics industry in our country lags behind, the operation cost of the whole logistics is relatively high, the overall benefit is on the low side. With the aggravation of competition, in order to make enterprises respond to the demand of logistics market quickly and provide a satisfactory service for customers, as a third party logistics enterprise, it is necessary to carry on the reform according to the big environment and its own enterprise characteristic. To optimize business processes. Through the detailed analysis of the current situation and problems of the business process of Datong Logistics Company, and according to the method and theory of logistics business process optimization, on the basis of theoretical guidance, This paper proposes to optimize and improve the business process for specific problems, which is mainly refined into three areas for optimization, namely: transportation area? Operational area? Area of arrival. Attach importance to the optimization of each process detail to achieve the overall business development strategy transformation of Datong Logistics Company. In view of the research of business development mode and method of modern logistics company, the business process optimization theory of logistics enterprise is gradually applied to the actual development of the logistics company, to help it to find the reform plan of business process optimization. To improve the final core competitiveness of Datong Logistics Company.
