【摘要】：隨著港口經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,港口規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,管理要求逐步提高�，F(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,將顯著改善目前港口機(jī)械的監(jiān)管狀況,提高港口管理的現(xiàn)代化水平。本文通過(guò)結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外港口設(shè)備優(yōu)化配置的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),具體問(wèn)題具體分析,在當(dāng)前深圳港口國(guó)際化背景下,同時(shí)在大量閱讀文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,選取深圳港口查驗(yàn)監(jiān)控設(shè)備為研究對(duì)象,著重對(duì)深圳4家集裝箱碼頭公司進(jìn)行調(diào)研,通過(guò)對(duì)比研究分析,以實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為依托,在大量調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,從全局的角度對(duì)深圳港港口企業(yè)與口岸單位管理設(shè)備優(yōu)化利用進(jìn)行了研究。 論文主要工作如下： (1)注重調(diào)查,進(jìn)行比較研究,根據(jù)港口管理設(shè)備使用的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和管理學(xué)的方法進(jìn)行定性和定量的研究,為科學(xué)的決策提供更有說(shuō)服力的依據(jù)； (2)加強(qiáng)對(duì)港口企業(yè)和口岸單位的研究,分析他們?cè)谂渲煤褪褂酶劭谠O(shè)備的過(guò)程中所起的作用以及各方的博弈行為,對(duì)如何優(yōu)化配置加以重點(diǎn)分析； (3)結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外港口設(shè)備優(yōu)化配置的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),最終提出符合深圳實(shí)際的港口設(shè)備優(yōu)化配置方案及對(duì)策建議。 在開(kāi)展本項(xiàng)目研究中,主要采用實(shí)地調(diào)研、比較分析對(duì)其進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化配置方案,在滿足港口設(shè)施保安工作要求和口岸監(jiān)管要求的前提下,推動(dòng)深圳港安全發(fā)展、科學(xué)發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步鞏固深圳港在國(guó)際上的安全形象。
[Abstract]:With the development of port economy, the scale of port is expanding day by day. The application of modern remote monitoring system will significantly improve the supervision of port machinery and improve the modernization level of port management. Based on the experience of optimizing the allocation of port equipment at home and abroad and the concrete analysis of the specific problems, this paper, under the background of the internationalization of Shenzhen port, at the same time, on the basis of reading a lot of literature, Selecting Shenzhen port inspection and control equipment as the research object, focusing on the investigation of four container terminal companies in Shenzhen, through comparative research and analysis, relying on the actual projects, on the basis of a large number of investigations, In this paper, the optimal utilization of management equipment for port enterprises and port units in Shenzhen Port is studied from the perspective of the overall situation. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) pay attention to the investigation, carry on the comparative research, according to the characteristic of the port management equipment use, use the relevant economics and management method to carry on the qualitative and quantitative research, To provide a more convincing basis for scientific decision-making; (2) strengthen the research on port enterprises and port units, analyze their role in the process of allocating and using port equipment and the game behavior of all parties, and focus on how to optimize the allocation; (3) combined with the experience of port equipment optimization at home and abroad, the paper finally puts forward the optimized configuration scheme and countermeasures of port equipment in accordance with the actual situation in Shenzhen. In the research of this project, the author mainly adopts the field investigation and comparative analysis to optimize the configuration of the project, in order to promote the safety development and scientific development of Shenzhen Port on the premise of satisfying the requirements of port facilities security and port supervision. Further consolidate the Shenzhen port in the international security image.
