【摘要】：城市主干道投資時(shí)機(jī)對于促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,提高投資資金的使用價(jià)值具有重要的意義。目前,我國在城市主干道項(xiàng)目的決策中往往注重效益的大小,而忽視了對最佳投資時(shí)機(jī)的選擇。本文首先建立道路通行時(shí)間模型來研究城市主干道上通行時(shí)間與交通量的關(guān)系,從汽車通過城市主干道的時(shí)間與交通量的關(guān)系著手,再通過建立城市主干道交通量預(yù)測模型,基于城市智慧交通綜合管控系統(tǒng)來估計(jì)城市主干道上未來的交通量,從而確定未來城市主干道上的交通密度,交通密度等于或者剛超過最佳密度的時(shí)間就是城市主干道的最佳投資時(shí)機(jī)。最后,以某市琴臺(tái)大道羅七路為例,對城市主干道投資時(shí)機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,以期為城市主干道工程正確地進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目決策,適宜地選擇最佳投資時(shí)機(jī)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The timing of urban main road investment is of great significance for promoting the development of urban economy and improving the use value of investment funds. At present, our country often pays attention to the benefit in the decision of the urban main road project, but neglects the choice of the best investment opportunity. This paper first establishes the road traffic time model to study the relationship between the traffic time and the traffic volume on the urban main road, starting with the relationship between the time of passing through the city main road and the traffic volume, and then establishing the traffic volume prediction model of the city main road. Based on the urban intelligent traffic management and control system to estimate the future traffic volume on the urban main roads, and thus determine the traffic density on the future urban main roads, A time when the density of traffic is equal to or just exceeds the optimum density is the best time to invest in urban main roads. Finally, taking the seven roads of Qintai Dadao in a certain city as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the investment opportunity of the urban main road, in order to provide a reference for the project decision and the optimal investment opportunity for the urban trunk road project.
