錦州港油品物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,逐步增加對石油制品的需求,對石油和化學(xué)品的貨運量提出了更高的要求,港口作為運輸工具和運輸連接節(jié)點,在物流效率的提高,節(jié)約運輸成本,提高物流服務(wù)起著決定性的作用。近年來,錦州港作為遼寧沿海重要的樞紐港,已經(jīng)充分認識到港口的油品物流發(fā)展的重要性,并積極參與港口物流建設(shè),本文采用文獻研究,企業(yè)調(diào)查,數(shù)據(jù)分析歸納、理論與實踐相結(jié)合等方法,通過對錦州港油品物流現(xiàn)狀進行深入、具體的調(diào)研,掌握第一手的最新資料加以研究總結(jié)。以錦州港油品物流方面基本現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合當(dāng)今國內(nèi)外油品發(fā)展需求和方向進行研究。以錦州港油品物流方面各個環(huán)節(jié)為基礎(chǔ),對港口如何建立起油品物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進行深層次的實證性研究。同時探討與港口未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相適應(yīng)、與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整相配合的現(xiàn)實問題,以其為港口發(fā)展方向研究工作起到實際借鑒作用。在充分研究錦州港油品物流現(xiàn)狀和結(jié)構(gòu)問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了適合港口油品物流發(fā)展的模式以及港口未來油品物流發(fā)展方向的對策和建議。 關(guān)于發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施,錦州港應(yīng)根據(jù)其戰(zhàn)略定位,進一步增加油品物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),加快港口物流資源整合,積極開發(fā)新的供應(yīng)來源,并逐步完善港口運輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),增強輻射腹地,加快物流信息平臺的建設(shè),打造臨港工業(yè)園區(qū),延伸港口的功能,而且還要繼續(xù)改善主營物流鏈,提高核心競爭力,實行人才制勝戰(zhàn)略,注重專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)和引進,多渠道地吸收復(fù)合型的專業(yè)人才,同時,錦州港應(yīng)考慮與周邊港口的合作與發(fā)展,合理擴大,互補共贏�？傊�,錦州的油品物流港口必須從簡單的完成運輸活動提供全方位的物流服務(wù),為客戶提供更好的服務(wù),吸引更多的商品,推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長,實現(xiàn)錦州港的跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, the demand for petroleum products is increased gradually, and the quantity of oil and chemical cargo is demanded higher. As a transport vehicle and transport connection node, port can improve the efficiency of logistics and save transportation cost. Improving logistics services plays a decisive role. In recent years, Jinzhou Port, as an important hub port in Liaoning coastal area, has fully realized the importance of port oil logistics development and actively participated in port logistics construction. By combining theory with practice, this paper studies and summarizes the current situation of oil product logistics in Jinzhou Port by means of detailed investigation and first-hand information. Based on the basic situation of Jinzhou port oil logistics, this paper studies the demand and direction of oil product development at home and abroad. Based on the various aspects of oil logistics in Jinzhou Port, this paper makes a deep empirical study on how to set up the oil logistics industry chain in the port. At the same time, this paper discusses the practical problems which are suitable for the future development strategy of the port and the adjustment of the industrial structure, which can serve as a practical reference for the research work of the port development direction. On the basis of studying the present situation and structure of oil logistics in Jinzhou port, this paper puts forward the mode suitable for the development of port oil product logistics and the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development direction of port oil product logistics. With regard to the strategic measures for development, Jinzhou Port should, according to its strategic orientation, further increase the construction of oil logistics infrastructure, speed up the integration of port logistics resources, actively develop new sources of supply, and gradually improve the port transportation network. Strengthen radiation hinterland, speed up the construction of logistics information platform, build port industrial parks, extend port functions, and continue to improve the main logistics chain, enhance core competitiveness, and implement the strategy of winning over talents. We should pay attention to the cultivation and introduction of professional talents and absorb the compound professional talents through many channels. At the same time, Jinzhou Port should consider the cooperation and development with the surrounding ports, expand reasonably and complement each other and win together. In short, Jinzhou oil logistics port must provide comprehensive logistics services from simple transportation activities, provide better services for customers, attract more commodities, promote regional economic growth, and realize the leap-forward development of Jinzhou Port.
