我國遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:The history of ocean transportation can be traced back to the Qin Dynasty. As a service industry with a long history, governments all over the world have always attached special importance to and formulated a variety of preferential policies to encourage the development of their ocean-going transport enterprises. Because ocean shipping enterprises have directly entered the international market from the very beginning of their production and operation, ocean transportation has a trend of overseas investment than other industries. In the background of deepening international division of labor and industrial transfer, The international ocean shipping market is changing all the time, which provides an external opportunity for the overseas development of ocean shipping enterprises. At the same time, because of adapting to the change of external demand and the need to enhance their own competitiveness, Ocean transportation enterprises also began to diversify from ocean transportation to diversification. Therefore, many ocean-going transportation enterprises at home and abroad have set up multinational corporations for overseas investment. Through the implementation of various forms of transnational investment strategies, they seek to obtain all kinds of resources and advanced technology to the maximum extent in the world. Excellent talents and economies of scale to achieve the goal of profit maximization. The full text is divided into seven parts: the first part: introduction. This paper discusses the background and significance of the topic, the research contents and methods, the main innovation points and the current research situation at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts. The second part: the theoretical basis of overseas investment of ocean transportation enterprises. Through the theory of foreign direct investment, the theory of international division of labor and the theory of enterprise investment strategy, this paper expounds the reasons of Chinese enterprises' overseas investment. The third part: the analysis of overseas investment status of overseas ocean transportation enterprises. This paper probes into the basic ways of overseas investment of overseas ocean transportation enterprises, and analyzes the overseas investment situation of overseas ocean transportation enterprises combined with the development of international ocean transportation market. Part IV: analysis of overseas investment status of ocean transportation enterprises in China. By analyzing the present situation of overseas investment of ocean transportation enterprises in China, this paper discusses the existing problems of ocean transportation enterprises in China, and points out the necessity of overseas investment by ocean transportation enterprises in China. The fifth part: the overseas investment strategy of Cosco Group. Through the concrete case of COSCO Group's overseas investment, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and investment strategy of COSCO Group's overseas investment, and then puts forward specific and operable overseas investment suggestions for China's ocean-going transportation enterprises. The sixth part: overseas investment strategy and implementation countermeasures of Chinese ocean transportation enterprises. This paper probes into the strategy that should be adopted in overseas investment of Chinese ocean-going transportation enterprises, and implements the strategy from four aspects: investment region, investment entry mode, investment scale and investment risk control. Part seven: conclusions and problems that need further study. Unfortunately, because of the limited data of overseas investment of ocean transportation enterprises, it is impossible to establish a model for empirical analysis, so we can only use the method of combining theory with typical case analysis to complete this paper.
