【摘要】：遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸?shù)臍v史可追溯到秦朝，作為一個(gè)歷史悠久的服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，各國(guó)政府歷來(lái)特別重視并制定多種優(yōu)惠政策來(lái)鼓勵(lì)本國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的發(fā)展。由于遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)從一開(kāi)始進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)就直接進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸業(yè)較其它行業(yè)更具有海外投資的趨勢(shì)，而在當(dāng)今國(guó)際分工深化與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的大背景下，國(guó)際遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻都在發(fā)生變化，這為遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的海外發(fā)展提供了外部機(jī)遇，同時(shí)，由于適應(yīng)外部需求的變化以及提升自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的需要，，遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)領(lǐng)域也開(kāi)始由遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸走向多元化。因此，眾多國(guó)內(nèi)外遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)紛紛組建跨國(guó)公司進(jìn)行海外投資，通過(guò)實(shí)施各種形式的跨國(guó)投資戰(zhàn)略，尋求在世界范圍內(nèi)最大限度地獲取各類資源、先進(jìn)技術(shù)、優(yōu)秀人才及規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化的目標(biāo)。 全文共分為七大部分： 第一部分：緒論。論述了選題背景及意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法、主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)以及所研究問(wèn)題的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)有關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。 第二部分：遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資的理論依據(jù)。試圖通過(guò)對(duì)外直接投資理論、國(guó)際分工理論以及企業(yè)投資戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論，對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)海外投資的原因進(jìn)行闡述。 第三部分：國(guó)外遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資現(xiàn)狀分析。探討了國(guó)外遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資的基本方式，并結(jié)合國(guó)際遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)國(guó)外遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資情況進(jìn)行分析。 第四部分：我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資現(xiàn)狀分析。通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資現(xiàn)狀的分析，探討我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)目前存在的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)而指出我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)進(jìn)行海外投資的必要性。 第五部分：我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資戰(zhàn)略典型個(gè)案分析——中遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)海外投資戰(zhàn)略。通過(guò)中遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)海外投資的具體案例，對(duì)中遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)的海外投資現(xiàn)狀和投資戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析并予以總結(jié)，進(jìn)而為我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)提出具有針對(duì)性和操作性的海外投資建議。 第六部分：我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)海外投資戰(zhàn)略及實(shí)施對(duì)策。對(duì)我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)進(jìn)行海外投資應(yīng)采取的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行探討，并從投資區(qū)域、投資進(jìn)入模式、投資規(guī)模和投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制四個(gè)方面來(lái)實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略。 第七部分：結(jié)論及需要進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題。 比較遺憾的是，由于遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸企業(yè)對(duì)外投資的數(shù)據(jù)有限，無(wú)法建立模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，只能通過(guò)理論與典型案例分析相結(jié)合的方法來(lái)完成本論文。
[Abstract]:The history of ocean transportation can be traced back to the Qin Dynasty. As a service industry with a long history, governments all over the world have always attached special importance to and formulated a variety of preferential policies to encourage the development of their ocean-going transport enterprises. Because ocean shipping enterprises have directly entered the international market from the very beginning of their production and operation, ocean transportation has a trend of overseas investment than other industries. In the background of deepening international division of labor and industrial transfer, The international ocean shipping market is changing all the time, which provides an external opportunity for the overseas development of ocean shipping enterprises. At the same time, because of adapting to the change of external demand and the need to enhance their own competitiveness, Ocean transportation enterprises also began to diversify from ocean transportation to diversification. Therefore, many ocean-going transportation enterprises at home and abroad have set up multinational corporations for overseas investment. Through the implementation of various forms of transnational investment strategies, they seek to obtain all kinds of resources and advanced technology to the maximum extent in the world. Excellent talents and economies of scale to achieve the goal of profit maximization. The full text is divided into seven parts: the first part: introduction. This paper discusses the background and significance of the topic, the research contents and methods, the main innovation points and the current research situation at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts. The second part: the theoretical basis of overseas investment of ocean transportation enterprises. Through the theory of foreign direct investment, the theory of international division of labor and the theory of enterprise investment strategy, this paper expounds the reasons of Chinese enterprises' overseas investment. The third part: the analysis of overseas investment status of overseas ocean transportation enterprises. This paper probes into the basic ways of overseas investment of overseas ocean transportation enterprises, and analyzes the overseas investment situation of overseas ocean transportation enterprises combined with the development of international ocean transportation market. Part IV: analysis of overseas investment status of ocean transportation enterprises in China. By analyzing the present situation of overseas investment of ocean transportation enterprises in China, this paper discusses the existing problems of ocean transportation enterprises in China, and points out the necessity of overseas investment by ocean transportation enterprises in China. The fifth part: the overseas investment strategy of Cosco Group. Through the concrete case of COSCO Group's overseas investment, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and investment strategy of COSCO Group's overseas investment, and then puts forward specific and operable overseas investment suggestions for China's ocean-going transportation enterprises. The sixth part: overseas investment strategy and implementation countermeasures of Chinese ocean transportation enterprises. This paper probes into the strategy that should be adopted in overseas investment of Chinese ocean-going transportation enterprises, and implements the strategy from four aspects: investment region, investment entry mode, investment scale and investment risk control. Part seven: conclusions and problems that need further study. Unfortunately, because of the limited data of overseas investment of ocean transportation enterprises, it is impossible to establish a model for empirical analysis, so we can only use the method of combining theory with typical case analysis to complete this paper.
