黃陵礦業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸公司崗位價(jià)值精細(xì)管理研究
[Abstract]:With the reform of the economic system and the acceleration of the marketization process, the management mode of enterprises needs to undergo fundamental changes. At the same time, in order to realize the binding target of reducing carbon dioxide emissions per unit GDP by 40% to 45% by 2020 in the 12th Five-Year Plan, enterprises are also facing the arduous task of developing a low carbon economy. In order to reduce the cost, reduce the consumption, improve the efficiency, and realize the rapid transformation of the development mode from extensive to intensive, the fine management of post value, as a new concept and management method, has gradually come to people's attention. As the basic unit of enterprise production and management, post is the joint point of people and affairs in the enterprise, and the smallest independent management of the enterprise. The enterprise decomposes all kinds of people and things in different positions, people do things in posts, and things are done in posts. Therefore, the position is the platform of enterprise strategy, concept, talent, management and system, which is the most basic factor to determine the development of enterprise. For the transformation and development of Chinese enterprises, it is necessary to implement fine management. Taking the post as the carrier, the management can be transferred to the lowest end of the organization, and the post value fine management can be realized by giving full play to the post independent management and autonomous management. The goal of increasing the efficiency of the enterprise and increasing the income of the staff. How to strengthen the fine management of the post value of the enterprise needs our country enterprise to carry on the exploration unceasingly. On the basis of post cell theory, post pan-value theory and fine management theory, this paper summarizes and discusses the theory of post value refinement management, and adopts the literature retrieval method. The practice of precise management of position value in Huangling Mining and Railway Transportation Co., Ltd is deeply analyzed and studied by the method of actual investigation and case analysis. Aiming at the problems existing in Huangling Mining Railway Transport Company, a fine management model of Huangling Mining Railway Transport post value is constructed. The framework can be summarized as follows: target navigation, cultural guidance, platform support, post promotion, method support and safety foundation. On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical summary, this paper puts forward some suggestions to perfect the internal market-oriented system, to improve the field management, to perfect the information system, to improve the quality of the staff, to perfect the management system and to change the management style.
