基于商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論的網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)約車軟件應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)順著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的政策潮流將網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)推入高速發(fā)展期。目前,我國的網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)取得了一定的成果,不僅帶動(dòng)了交通客運(yùn)服務(wù)的發(fā)展,而且促進(jìn)了與傳統(tǒng)出租車行業(yè)的新老業(yè)態(tài)融合,并為發(fā)展共享經(jīng)濟(jì)做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。但在網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)快速發(fā)展的背后,產(chǎn)生了諸多問題,嚴(yán)重地制約了網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。由于網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)是近幾年才發(fā)展起來的,目前我國對于網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)的研究較少,主要集中在研究網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及營銷對策、法律問題、價(jià)格補(bǔ)貼等幾個(gè)方面,尚缺乏系統(tǒng)性的戰(zhàn)略研究。商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)就是指導(dǎo)企業(yè)適應(yīng)復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境并解決企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題的理論。本文正是基于這樣的背景,通過對網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)背景、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)處于復(fù)雜多變的系統(tǒng)環(huán)境中,所以應(yīng)用商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論來指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文首先整理和總結(jié)了關(guān)于商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論的相關(guān)研究成果,選取網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)為研究對象,分析其行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展中存在的問題,認(rèn)為網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)處于一個(gè)復(fù)雜多變的系統(tǒng)環(huán)境中,以商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論來指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)發(fā)展更加符合網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)。其次,構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型,并描述了系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)理,將系統(tǒng)劃分為三部分,分別為核心系統(tǒng)、支持系統(tǒng)和環(huán)境系統(tǒng),為分析網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素提供思路。然后,本文構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷,通過樣本數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件對網(wǎng)約車商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究分析,得到結(jié)果顯示網(wǎng)約車商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的建立對網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響,以此得出影響網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵影響因素,包括消費(fèi)者需求偏好、相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、投資者投入、系統(tǒng)價(jià)值共享等因素都對網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重要影響。最后,本文根據(jù)關(guān)鍵影響因素以及網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)發(fā)展特點(diǎn),針對網(wǎng)約車發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,為網(wǎng)約車企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展提出合理化的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile Internet technology, the ride-hailing software emerges as the times require, and the ride-hailing enterprises follow the policy trend of "the Internet" to push the ride-hailing industry into a period of high-speed development. At present, the development of China's ride-hailing industry has made some achievements, not only driving the development of passenger transport services, but also promoting the integration with the traditional taxi industry, and has made a great contribution to the development of shared economy. However, behind the rapid development of the car-sharing industry, there are many problems, which seriously restrict the healthy development of the car-sharing industry. Due to the recent development of the network car-hailing industry, there is little research on the net-ride-hailing industry in our country at present, mainly focusing on the current situation of the development and marketing countermeasures, legal problems, price subsidies and other aspects of the net-ride-hailing enterprises. There is a lack of systematic strategic research. Business ecosystem is the theory of guiding enterprises to adapt to complex dynamic environment and solve the problem of enterprise development strategy. This paper is based on this background, through the analysis of the background, development status and existing problems of the net-chartering industry, it is considered that the net-chartered enterprises are in a complex and changeable system environment. Therefore, the application of business ecosystem theory to guide the development of ride-hailing enterprises. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related research results about the commercial ecosystem theory, selects the net-chartered enterprises as the research object, analyzes the current situation of the industry development and the existing problems in the development. It is considered that the net-ride-hailing enterprise is in a complex and changeable system environment, and it is more suitable to the characteristics of the net-ride-hailing enterprise to guide the development of the net-ride-hailing enterprise by the commercial ecosystem theory. Secondly, the commercial ecosystem model of car-hailing enterprises is constructed, and the operating mechanism of the system is described. The system is divided into three parts: core system, supporting system and environmental system. In order to analyze the influence factors of the development of ride-hailing enterprises. Then, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the influencing factors of the development of the net-ride-hailing enterprises, and designs the questionnaire, through the sample data use the statistical software to carry on the research and the analysis to the influence mechanism of the commercial ecosystem of the network-ride-hailing enterprises. The results show that the establishment of the commercial ecosystem has an impact on the development of net-ride-hailing enterprises, and the key factors that affect the development of net-ride-hailing enterprises, including consumer demand preference, relevant laws and regulations, and investor input, are obtained. System value sharing and other factors have an important impact on the development of ride-hailing enterprises. Finally, according to the key influencing factors and the characteristics of the development of the net-chartered car industry, aiming at the problems existing in the process of the development of the net-chartered car, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the future development of the net-chartered enterprises.
