According to the internal and external environment of China Railway Tunnel Group Ltd, the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE) and the internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE).) are constructed. The results show that the total weighted score of the external factor evaluation matrix is slightly higher than the average, which indicates that the company is slightly better than the average level of the same industry enterprises in taking advantage of external opportunities and avoiding external threats. But the advantage is not obvious; The total weighted score of the internal factor evaluation matrix is also larger than the average, which indicates that the internal advantage of the company is better than the average level of the same industry enterprise, and the advantage is obvious. According to the results of the internal and external environment analysis of China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd., using the SWOT giant array to find out the company's various possible options, The best strategic combination of SO is determined by using SWOT four-and-a-half dimensional plane coordinate model. QSPM analysis method is used to evaluate the strategic combination of SO. The results show that the optimal competitive strategy of the company is centralized differentiation strategy. According to the result of the competition strategy selection of China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd., using the theory of competitive strategy management, from the resource optimization construction plan, the independent innovation and scientific research development plan, the risk management and the internal control system construction plan, In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategic plan, four aspects of the corporate culture construction plan have been formulated, including the detailed competition strategy implementation plan, the evaluation system and the implementation guarantee mechanism of the company competition strategy implementation plan.
