大秦鐵路運(yùn)輸需求與供給匹配研究
[Abstract]:In order to make full use of the transportation capacity and complete the task of coal transport volume, the Daqin Railway formulates and implements the production plan according to the mode of "according to the demand of transportation". As a result, the actual demand for coal transportation is not matched with the supply of coal transported by the Daqin Railway in terms of the quantity of coal transported, the type of coal, etc., the demand of coal customers is not met, and the coal backlog is in the port. The train can not unload coal in the port and can only stop at the station and wait for the unloading, which leads to the slow turnover under the fixed car, resulting in the loss of the transport supply capacity of the Daqin Railway. In order to avoid the above phenomenon, it is necessary to study the matching of the demand and supply of Daqin railway transportation. Firstly, it analyzes the main factors that affect the demand and supply of Daqin railway transportation, and divides the influencing factors of Daqin railway transportation demand into direct influence factors, indirect influence factors and comprehensive influence factors. The influencing factors of transportation supply are divided into external factors and internal factors. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the importance of transport demand of Da-Qin railway customers, the evaluation index system of the importance of transport demand is constructed. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods and their applicable scope, the grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate them. A case study shows that the evaluation method is feasible. On the basis of the above research, according to the characteristics of Daqin railway transportation, the matching model of supply and demand of Daqin railway is established. The model can reasonably allocate transport supply for each transport demand, which makes the matching degree of transport supply and demand maximum. The model is an integer linear programming model. According to the characteristics of the model, this paper designs a heuristic algorithm, and analyzes the computational complexity of the algorithm, which is a polynomial function. An example is given to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
