天津港A公司激勵機制與績效管理研究
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is located in Tianjin Binhai New area, east of Bohai Sea. Tianjin Port is the largest comprehensive port and important foreign trade port in the north of China. Tianjin Port is operated and managed by Tianjin Port Group Co., Ltd. Organizational structure tends to be flat, which brings complicated problems to human resource management. If we want to realize the grand goal of Tianjin Port to build "beautiful port" and "join the world first-class enterprise", we must speed up the construction of talent team, and its auxiliary tool is to grasp the performance management and incentive mechanism. Based on the example of enterprise incentive mechanism and performance management reform of Tianjin Port A Company, this paper studies the human resource incentive mechanism and performance management of Tianjin Port A Company. The main research contents are as follows: 1. Referring to the research results of human resource incentive mechanism and enterprise performance at home and abroad, this paper discusses the characteristics of various types of enterprise incentive mechanism and performance management, and formulates the research direction of this paper. 2. By analyzing the concept of incentive mechanism and performance management theory, the paper summarizes the core theory of incentive mechanism and performance management, and lays a theoretical foundation for the study of incentive mechanism and performance management system of Tianjin Port A Company. This paper summarizes the investigation results of the current situation of the performance management and incentive mechanism of Tianjin Port A Company, analyzes the reasons for the problems, and provides the basis for the construction of the performance management and incentive mechanism. 4. Based on the problems existing in the performance management and incentive mechanism of the company, this paper establishes the objectives and principles of the performance management reform, puts forward the construction method of the performance management and incentive mechanism, and expounds the relationship between the incentive mechanism and the performance. For A company performance management program evaluation and implementation of the theoretical help. 5. According to the implementation effect of the performance management scheme of company A, the feasibility of constructing the scheme is evaluated by comparing it with the situation before the reform of performance management and incentive mechanism.
