天津市低碳交通發(fā)展策略研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially since the 11th Five-Year Plan, with the rapid development of Tianjin economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the contradiction between population, resources, environment, transportation and development has become increasingly prominent. How to construct eco-livable Tianjin quickly and better has become a hot spot in current and even future planning. The construction and development of low-carbon transportation is the premise and important foundation of eco-livable city. How to strengthen the sustainable layout and construction of low-carbon Tianjin has become an urgent problem to be solved, and it is also an important content of the 12th Five-Year Plan. Based on the current research on low-carbon economy, this paper analyzes the current situation of low-carbon transportation in Tianjin, the vehicle ownership and planning prediction, the layout of Tianjin functional area and various common urban transportation modes, and so on. Combined with the current structure of Tianjin city development, the structure of urban transportation mode, the characteristics and advantages, and the overall planning of the future development of the city, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the whole life cycle method are used on the basis of relevant theories. The whole life cycle model of low carbon transportation system and Tianjin low carbon transportation optimization system are constructed, and innovative research is made. Study on the whole Life cycle carbon Emission structure of Tianjin Transportation system. The main research object of this paper is the low-carbon development of urban traffic in Tianjin. Therefore, on the basis of the study of vehicle exhaust emission from urban traffic, the whole life cycle carbon emission structure model of urban transportation system is constructed. More comprehensive quantitative analysis of urban transport system carbon emissions. Study on the key problems and main contradictions of Tianjin Road Traffic system. In this paper, the key problems and main contradictions of Tianjin road traffic system are analyzed in the aspects of road facilities and system (9 kinds of influencing factors), road traffic flow level, function area layout and land use, etc. More accurate positioning of Tianjin City traffic low-carbon system improvement and development direction. Finally, on the basis of relevant theoretical research, according to the construction plan of low carbon city in Tianjin, low carbon target and carbon emission characteristics, combined with the actual situation of Tianjin and future urban development planning, through road traffic route planning, Functional area layout and other planning layer; Improve the Jincheng rail transit system, perfect the Jincheng public transport service system, rationally control the number of motor vehicles, advocate green low-carbon travel and other policy levels, and promote intelligent transportation system, At the technical level, such as new energy and energy saving vehicles, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of low-carbon transportation in Tianjin are put forward, so as to develop low-carbon transportation in Tianjin. The practice of green energy saving and emission reduction and the construction of modern eco-livable cities provide valuable reference.
