海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸發(fā)展研究

【摘要】：海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，是指臺(tái)灣海峽西岸，以福建為主體包括周邊相鄰十一個(gè)地市的地域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合體，具有對(duì)臺(tái)工作、統(tǒng)一祖國，并進(jìn)一步帶動(dòng)全國經(jīng)濟(jì)走向世界的特點(diǎn)和獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢的地域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合體。它是一個(gè)涵蓋經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的綜合性概念。 在發(fā)展中國家，經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展會(huì)使道路貨物運(yùn)輸量有增加的趨勢，兩者變化趨勢基本相同，線性相關(guān)關(guān)系非常強(qiáng)，，可以說兩者之間存在著相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的變化規(guī)律和比例關(guān)系，研究海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的貨物運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀也可反應(yīng)出其內(nèi)部各地市間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系。海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)整體，在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展上應(yīng)該跨越地域的限制，本文從海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)內(nèi)部各地市間的高速公路貨運(yùn)情況來了解其經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系，從而為它整體性的貨運(yùn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供建議。 本文通過大量翔實(shí)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)，從道路、貨物和車輛三方面分析了海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的貨物運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀，提出應(yīng)按貨運(yùn)需求的大小順序建設(shè)相應(yīng)的高速公路，以緩解海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)高速公路路網(wǎng)不完善的問題；海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)涉及的四個(gè)省份需密切配合，出臺(tái)相關(guān)惠民政策來引導(dǎo)貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)目鐓^(qū)域發(fā)展；需建立一個(gè)大規(guī)模、科學(xué)性、整體性的貨物運(yùn)輸指導(dǎo)中心，實(shí)現(xiàn)海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)貨運(yùn)資源整合和貨運(yùn)市場的信息化；應(yīng)大力發(fā)展拖掛車和集裝箱車運(yùn)輸來滿足高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸對(duì)運(yùn)輸工具大噸位、高效率、低成本的需求；海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)占據(jù)對(duì)臺(tái)得天獨(dú)厚的地理優(yōu)勢，在兩岸關(guān)系勢頭良好的大環(huán)境下，應(yīng)抓住對(duì)臺(tái)發(fā)展機(jī)遇，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)接、優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)，促進(jìn)兩岸在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等各方面的大融合。
[Abstract]:The economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait refers to the regional economic complex with Fujian as the main body, including 11 neighboring cities and cities around the Taiwan Strait, with the task of working with Taiwan and reunifying the motherland. And further drive the national economy to the world's characteristics and unique advantages of the regional economic complex. It is a comprehensive concept covering economic, political, cultural, social and other fields. In developing countries, economic development will lead to an increasing trend of road cargo traffic. The trend of the two changes is basically the same, and the linear correlation is very strong. It can be said that there is a relatively stable law of change and a proportional relationship between the two. The study of the current situation of goods transportation in the Hercynian Economic Zone can also reflect the economic relations between the different cities and cities. The Hercynian Economic Zone is an economic whole, and its economic development should transcend the limits of the region. This paper understands its economic links from the situation of highway freight transportation among the various cities within the Hercynian Economic Zone. Thus providing advice for its overall freight and economic development. This paper analyzes the current situation of freight transportation in the Hercynian Economic Zone from three aspects of roads, goods and vehicles, and puts forward that the corresponding highway should be built according to the order of freight demand. In order to alleviate the problem of imperfect highway network in Hercynian economic zone; The four provinces involved in the Hercynian Economic Zone should cooperate closely and issue relevant policies to guide the cross-regional development of cargo transportation. It is necessary to set up a large scale, scientific and integrated cargo transportation guidance center to realize the integration of freight resources and the informationization of freight market in the Hercynian economic zone. In order to meet the demand of large tonnage, high efficiency and low cost of highway freight transportation, we should develop towing and container transportation. The Hercynian economic zone occupies a unique geographical advantage over Taiwan. Under the great environment of good cross-strait relations, we should seize the opportunity for development of Taiwan, realize industrial docking, complement each other's advantages, and promote cross-strait economic and political development. A great fusion of all aspects of culture.
