【摘要】：本論文對廣東省珠江海運有限公司發(fā)展干散貨船隊項目的可行性進行論證：一是從國際干散貨市場供求角度，分析目前的環(huán)境是否適合實施該項目；二是在項目實施的過程中，應(yīng)該選擇哪種干散貨船及船隊營運模式；三是分析發(fā)展干散貨船隊能帶來怎樣的經(jīng)濟效益，以及相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險評估。在后金融危機時代，本文的論證也為同行業(yè)企業(yè)危中尋機，走出一條持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的道路提供參考。 本研究以經(jīng)濟的周期性理論為基礎(chǔ)，以企業(yè)的項目投資為切入點，結(jié)合海運產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期理論和海運產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)實狀況，聚焦大宗干散貨海運行業(yè)，運用SWOT分析、歸納演繹等方法進行研究。首先，在國際干散貨市場方面，通過分析海上貨物運輸產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、地位和作用，并結(jié)合企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，運用SWOT分析產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢、劣勢、面臨的機遇和威脅，論證得出在目前的國際市場環(huán)境下，企業(yè)擴大船隊規(guī)模、延長產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的可行性。其次，從項目具體實施方面，通過對行業(yè)歷史數(shù)據(jù)分析，得出影響投資購置船舶的關(guān)鍵因素和重要節(jié)點，找出適合珠江海運公司購船項目實施的路徑和模式，從船舶選擇和營運模式方面論證可行性；最后，對航次租船和期租營運模式下船隊營運效益進行測算，從經(jīng)濟效益方面論證項目可行性。 通過以上論證，得出本文結(jié)論：目前的國際市場形勢適合發(fā)展干散貨船隊項目，珠江海運公司以2850萬美元/艘的價格，訂造新的三艘76000載重噸的巴拿馬型干散貨船，投入國際海運市場，，預(yù)期有較好的收益率。
[Abstract]:This paper demonstrates the feasibility of developing dry bulk flotilla project in Guangdong Pearl River Shipping Co., Ltd.: first, from the perspective of international dry bulk market supply and demand, analyze whether the current environment is suitable for the implementation of the project; The second is which dry bulk carrier and fleet operation mode should be selected in the process of project implementation, and the third is the analysis of the economic benefits and the corresponding risk assessment of the development of dry bulk cargo fleet. In the post-financial crisis era, this paper also provides a reference for enterprises in the same industry to find opportunities in the crisis and walk out a sustainable and healthy development road. Based on the periodicity theory of economy, the project investment of enterprises, combined with the life cycle theory of shipping industry and the reality of shipping industry, this study focuses on the bulk dry bulk shipping industry, and applies SWOT analysis. Inductive deduction and other methods are studied. First of all, in the international dry bulk market, through the analysis of the development process, status and role of the maritime cargo transport industry, and combined with the current situation of enterprises, using SWOT to analyze the industry strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Under the current international market environment, it is feasible for enterprises to expand fleet size and prolong industrial chain. Secondly, through the analysis of the industry historical data, the key factors and important nodes affecting the investment and purchase of ships are obtained, and the path and mode suitable for the implementation of the ship purchase project of the Pearl River Shipping Company are found out. To demonstrate the feasibility from the aspects of ship selection and operation mode; Finally, the efficiency of fleet operation in the mode of voyage charter and term charter is calculated, and the feasibility of the project is demonstrated from the aspect of economic benefit. Through the above argumentation, it is concluded that the current international market situation is suitable for the development of dry bulk flotilla projects. Pearl River Shipping Company orders three new Panamanian dry bulk carriers of 76000 deadweight tons at a price of US $28.5 million per vessel. Into the international shipping market, expected to have a better rate of return.
