【摘要】：為適應(yīng)鐵路向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)發(fā)揮鐵路統(tǒng)計(jì)的咨詢功能,提高統(tǒng)計(jì)分析質(zhì)量,為鐵路的發(fā)展當(dāng)好參謀。針對(duì)鐵路勞動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析中存在的問(wèn)題,提出加強(qiáng)鐵路勞動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的對(duì)策,即提高對(duì)鐵路勞動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作的認(rèn)識(shí)、強(qiáng)化鐵路勞動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)、建立符合現(xiàn)代人力資源管理特點(diǎn)的鐵路勞動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)體系、提高鐵路勞動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析報(bào)告質(zhì)量、加強(qiáng)鐵路勞動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the transformation of railway to modern logistics, it is necessary to give full play to the consulting function of railway statistics, improve the quality of statistical analysis, and serve as a good reference for the development of railway. In view of the problems existing in the analysis of railway labor statistics, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the analysis of railway labor statistics, that is, to improve the understanding of railway labor statistics work and strengthen the professional quality of railway labor statisticians. This paper establishes the index system of railway labor statistics which accords with the characteristics of modern human resource management, improves the quality of railway labor statistics and analysis report, and strengthens the construction of railway labor statistics information system.
