HS鐵路多經(jīng)物流企業(yè)信息技術(shù)應用的研究

【摘要】:目前,傳統(tǒng)的鐵路運輸已不能滿足現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的需要,長期以來逐步形成的僵硬的管理模式和單一的服務功能已經(jīng)越來越不能適應日益激烈的市場變化,更加滿足不了人們?nèi)找尕S富的物質(zhì)要求。所以面對機遇和挑戰(zhàn),不斷將現(xiàn)代化物流理念和先進的信息技術(shù)融入到我國鐵路運輸當中顯得刻不容緩。通過資源整合,逐步使鐵路從傳統(tǒng)的、以運輸為主的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐?guī)模經(jīng)營、系統(tǒng)服務、現(xiàn)代化的第三方物流企業(yè),成為我國綜合物流系統(tǒng)的中堅力量。鐵路物流運輸企業(yè)要緊緊抓住難得的發(fā)展機遇,主動調(diào)整工作思路,主動出擊,積極轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營機制,拓展服務功能,延伸鐵路運輸服務鏈條,擴展企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)果,增強企業(yè)市場競爭力,實現(xiàn)由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變,使鐵路運輸物流企業(yè)成為國家現(xiàn)代化物流的一支主力軍。 鐵路物流企業(yè)要想在未來的運輸領(lǐng)域中處于領(lǐng)先地位離不了信息技術(shù)的支持,因為信息化是現(xiàn)代物流的基礎(chǔ)與發(fā)展核心,也是物流業(yè)務運營的神經(jīng)中樞。隨著物流貨運市場需求日益多樣化和個性化,延伸鐵路貨運服務鏈、加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流,成為轉(zhuǎn)變鐵路運輸發(fā)展方式的迫切需求,物流信息化建設(shè)必須與之配套發(fā)展。物流信息系統(tǒng)就是利用信息技術(shù),把大量的、多變的數(shù)據(jù),進行快速、準確、及時的采集、分析和處理,大大提高企業(yè)管理能力和客戶服務水平,提高物流質(zhì)量,促進合作伙伴之間的協(xié)調(diào),是為企業(yè)提供信息分析和決策支持的人機系統(tǒng)。 本課題以西安鐵路局HS公司為業(yè)務原型,研究信息技術(shù)在鐵路多經(jīng)物流基地的應用需求,結(jié)合我國鐵路物流企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展方向,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、功能模塊設(shè)計、安全結(jié)構(gòu)等三個方面,研究“鐵路多經(jīng)物流公司管理信息系統(tǒng)”的架構(gòu)設(shè)計,為鐵路多經(jīng)企業(yè)構(gòu)建適合自己的管理信息系統(tǒng)提供有益的參考。隨著物流信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,物流服務有著廣闊的提升空間,本文也對RFID、GPS、GIS、EDI等物流信息新技術(shù)在鐵路多經(jīng)物流企業(yè)的應用進行探討。
[Abstract]:At present, the traditional railway transportation has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern logistics, and the rigid management mode and single service function that have been gradually formed for a long time have become more and more unable to adapt to the increasingly fierce market changes. It can't satisfy people's ever-increasing material requirements. Therefore, in the face of opportunities and challenges, it is urgent to continuously integrate the modern logistics concept and advanced information technology into the railway transportation of our country. Through the integration of resources, the railway has gradually changed from a traditional, transportation-oriented enterprise to a large-scale management, systematic service and modern third-party logistics enterprise, which has become the backbone of our country's comprehensive logistics system. Railway logistics and transportation enterprises should seize the rare opportunities for development, actively adjust their working ideas, take the initiative to attack, actively change the management mechanism, expand their service functions, extend the service chain of railway transportation, and expand the achievements of enterprises' transformation. Strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises, realize the transformation from extensive to intensive, make railway transportation logistics enterprises become a main force of national modern logistics. If the railway logistics enterprise wants to be in the leading position in the future transportation field, it can not be separated from the support of the information technology, because the informationization is the foundation and the development core of the modern logistics, is also the nerve center of the logistics business operation. With the increasing diversification and individuation of logistics freight market demand, extending the railway freight service chain and speeding up the development of modern logistics has become an urgent need to change the mode of development of railway transportation. Logistics information construction must be matched with its development. Logistics information system is to make use of information technology to collect, analyze and process a large amount of and changeable data quickly, accurately and in time, so as to greatly improve the management ability of enterprises and the level of customer service, and improve the quality of logistics. To promote coordination among partners is a man-machine system that provides information analysis and decision-making support for enterprises. This subject takes HS Company of Xi'an Railway Bureau as the business prototype, studies the application demand of information technology in railway multi-channel logistics base, combines the present situation and development direction of railway logistics enterprise in our country, designs from the network structure, the function module. This paper studies the framework design of "railway multi-pass logistics company management information system" in three aspects, which provides a useful reference for railway multi-channel enterprise to build its own management information system. With the continuous development of logistics information technology, logistics service has a broad room for improvement. This paper also discusses the application of new logistics information technology, such as RFID,GPS,GIS,EDI, in railway multi-channel logistics enterprises.
